Disappointing
For a premium subscription account terrible experience. Terrible login experience it offers to send you a link and then take you to a Web app that does not correlate to logging in to the Apple Store app yet that’s where it sent us to login. Then, if you finally figure out how to login it will log you out randomly. Also, no video download support for watching on airplanes which is pretty important for surfers. I would think? Also adds everywhere consuming the bottom 1/3 of the experience again it’s a paid subscription, so not sure why ads have to inundate the experience. I don’t mind some tasteful ads here and there if absolutely necessary, but it’s like logging into TMZ. If you’re not gonna really support the app, just keep it all to the browser experience and don’t waste our time.

Unusable
The login experience is broken. You get stuck in a loop that asks you to verify a code and thus have to get the code but when you come back the screen recycles to the original screen to provide your email. If you take the sign in path link in the email they send it takes you to a blog page not the actual site. Please fix this.

Love the content, app needs help
Content incredible, app is pretty terrible. Auto log out is bullshht. App design is hard to figure out how to use for simple things. Make it easy like the iPhone so an 80 year old can use it.
Buggy
Difficult to log in despite doing it 500 times. Stream quality is great, except the video playback freezes and audio keeps going (also happens in the Apple TV app). Logs me out way too often. The menu navigation is super clunky. And there are other bugs that pop up periodically. I love the content, but the app user experience could be so much smoother.

App is a joke
Love the stab content but feels crazy that this is the app you get after paying a subscription, app development feels really unprofessional and load of bugs. Searching for content is next to impossible and it constantly logs you out. Would definitely consider continuing my subscription if they got some professionals in to fix their app
