Stabee Employees

Stabee Employees is the employee app of Stabee, the HR platform for companies. It puts your working day in one place: check in and check out, leave, permission and salary advance requests, payslips and company announcements, in Arabic and English. Before you download: the app is for employees of companies that use Stabee. You cannot create an account in the app; your employer creates it in the Stabee company portal and gives you your sign-in details. If you have not received them, ask your HR team. Attendance • Check in and out with one tap; your location is compared with your branch's area. • A check-in photo when your company's attendance policy asks for one. • A monthly attendance log with days present, absences, leave and total hours. Requests • Leave requests of every type, with your balance and an optional attachment (PDF, Word or Excel). • Permissions: late arrival, early leave, or time off for a set period. • Salary advance requests. • Follow each request's status and your manager's notes, and cancel a request while it is under review. Pay • Monthly payslips in detail: basic salary, overtime, bonuses and deductions. • Save a payslip as a PDF or share it. Stay in touch with your company • Company announcements and news as they are published. • Instant notifications about your requests and attendance. • Send a suggestion or a complaint to management, with your name or anonymously. Your account • Your job profile: employee number, job title, branch, department and joining date. • Change your password and choose the app's language. Your privacy • The app reads your location only while the attendance screen is open, sends it only with a check-in or check-out, and never tracks you in the background. • The camera is used only for the attendance photo your company requires. • Connections are always encrypted. No ads, no tracking. Some sections appear or not depending on your company's settings. Support: support@stabee.co Privacy policy: https://stabee.co/privacy/ Terms: https://stabee.co/terms/
