App and card being sunsetted
As of March 25th they have removed the virtual card, so now most of the purpose of this app has been removed. However now that I want withdraw my funds to my local bank, that feature has also been removed. The only way now was to move them back to my wallet with a $200 (~6%) bridging fee. There has been zero prior communication that the app itself will be sunsetted by the end of April.

Defrauded & Seems like they are liquidating
Account has been locked after using more than 6 figures. They said my account was flagged by their bank for normal every day purchases and still no updates. Definite move that companies heading towards liquidation.

The app looks beautiful, but their security structure is terrible! They ask to send a photo of the documents to the CHAT (not encrypted, not falling under any compliance), instead of the provider! Don’t do that, it’s very unsafe! You’d better find another app!

Not stable and no support
I have big problems with this app and no support … I’ve loaded money in and now it’s pending in mid transaction !
Apple Pay is not connecting and there is no one to talk to … no one answers the chat support and if they do no one knows what is going on ..

Is this a serious service?
Getting spammed with “Spend your stablecoins anywhere… Pay with stablecoins anywhere Visa is accepted” push notifications while my account has been broken for weeks is honestly absurd. I signed up in December 2023, didn’t use the account until attempted verification in late November 2025, immediately ran into bugs, and since then it’s been nothing but passing the buck to another team. No ETA. No fix. No accountability.
If this is the experience before you even put funds in, imagine trusting Stables.money with real money. Verification bugs that brick your account, arbitrary lockouts, and weeks of waiting while support shrugs isn’t a payments product - it’s a warning sign. Anyone considering using this should think very carefully.

Firstly Stables has provided an easy way for me to move money on and off chain. With many banks now blocking transactions to CEX’s (very frustrating). Secondly, I accidentally sent BNB instead of USDt to my Stables wallet and the team rectified the situation within 24hrs. Thank you, big five stars.

I’ve recommended this app to a few people, and we all love it. However. The app goes into this “get started” mode where you enter you mobile phone number you used to register with and it gets stuck there, unable to proceed from sending you a verification code. Hope this gets fixed from a UX and operational perspective

Great support and great app for my crypto
If you are wanting to use your stable crypto assets for day to day living or even withdraw to your bank account(it takes 30mins transfer after the first) stables is definitely the way to go. Peace and love ❤️

Been using stables to on ramp and off ramp for over half a year without any issues other then a pending send I did but stables admins where able to take care of that in a efficient manner. Will keep using stables more often . Best app for crypto imo

Bad support and app experience
Don’t bother trying to deposit any meaningful amount of money as it will be held by the team for multiple days and when you reach out to support it gets “escalated” multiple times which means absolutely nothing. The team haven’t been helpful at all even after offering to provide any further information for compliance.
