About

StablOS GuardOps — the field app for security guards on shift. GuardOps is the mobile companion to the StablOS platform, built for guards working in the field: outdoors, one-handed, and under time pressure. It puts your shift in your pocket — clock in, do your rounds, and report what you see, without fighting your phone. On every shift, guards use GuardOps to: - Clock in and out, and log breaks - Have their patrol route recorded automatically while clocked in, so checkpoint coverage stays verified without manual check-ins - Capture photos and submit incident reports from the field - Record shift activity logs to keep a complete record of the day - Scan checkpoint codes during patrols - Receive push notifications for assignments, alerts, and shift updates — and tap straight through to the right screen Why GuardOps uses your location: While clocked in and on patrol, GuardOps records your route so your organization can verify checkpoint coverage. Location logging stops automatically when you clock out. Built for real field conditions: - Large, glove-friendly touch targets and high-contrast screens for outdoor visibility - Secure native sign-in — credentials are protected by your device's hardware security GuardOps connects to your organization's StablOS account. Your employer creates your account — contact your supervisor for login credentials.
