Poor customer service
For no reason, I have had my funds frozen for several days and not been able to get any response from customer support.
Scam?
I can’t do anything on Stack right now. I can’t buy, sell, or even withdraw my own money.
BTC has not been transferred
Attempted to contact support, no answer after a week. I like this app, but a little more clarity on progress of my transaction is important.

DO NOT EVER USE THIS APP. Horrible customer service after my $500 withdrawal disappeared. No one answers any of the messages from support. The fees are too high. The list goes on and on. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THE APP

Something very wrong with Lootbase or stacks I have not been able to withdraw any of my funds. I get an error message every time I attempt everything was fine until the name changed this weekend. Have I been scammed? I think I’ve been scam. I’ve sent emails called and text no response as of yet.

This app is atrocious. If you send assets to it, don’t expect to see them again. Transfer function is basically non existent. Involved a dozen steps to get assets off. ‘Customer support’ sends you to chat- which never gets answered. I’m one week in with no response.

This is fraud. They will steal your money. I have no idea how apple is allowing this app in their store. They also convinced MoonPay to do deposits for them. Beware! THIS IS FRAUD. COMPLETE SCAM!!
