Scam?

The video that I watched showed a person writing music by hand and converting it instantly to printed music. This app does not seem to be able to do that. Looks like false advertising to me unless I’m missing something. There are no instructions and nothing to click on to be able to do what NotateMe Now does. Please show me how the app does what it says on the video. Scam? I know it’s only $.99 and it does do some interesting things with staff lines but the principal is in truthful advertising.
