Not user friendly
So frustrating to be forced to use this app. Unnecessary backtracking in between events, then having to reselect the right month each time after giving availability for each event. It also doesn’t indicate what you originally selected for said event. So to update, you have to go through all of that all over again to even see what you signed up for if you need to update it. Also doesn’t show who else is staffed with you if you’d like to offer a shift to a coworker.

No notifications
Staffmate use to work well but stopped receiving notifications on posted jobs which prevents me from picking up any openings and missing out on job opportunities. Please fix!!!
Missing work
I am having so many issues with this app. Ever since I downloaded it for work it has been a nightmare for me. First of all my username and password used to work for me online using staffmate than my manager insisted that I download the app afterwards my username and password no longer works and it keeps telling me that credentials were not received and yes I have access to my correct username and password.

Bad connection
This app in theory sounds great. When you are using it on your phone connection is lagging and response time is off.
Worst staff app I’ve come across
Possibly the worst app ever I’ve ever had to use… I’ll get notifications but app is terrible at refreshing any updates. I would give it zero stars if possible.

Dull Colors
The colors for the web version for available shifts are dull. At least make the borders for those shifts brighter color.
Hard to get shift
Staffmate is a bad system for those who do not know how to use bot’s and there is no secuirty set up to make sure everyone has opportunity to get a shift .
Cheaters
This app allows employees to use bots and steal shifts 🤯 No one from the hotels or the app wants to do anything about it
Notifications shut down when needed most
Audio and vibration notifications turned off the developer until after 10am. This is a problem because my schedule is released at around 9am every Sunday. There is no way to adjust the push notifications at all to fix this. I am on call and need to be alerted once the schedule starts releasing.
Why is the “new” app always broken?
I had no issues with the last app, but since we want to “fix” things now I can’t switch between different agencies within the app
Staffmate the best app for the hospitality industry
As a worker, I have been using Staffmate for 7 years by 2 companies I currently work for. Staffmate is easy to use and a straight forward app. It is easy to accept or deny a gig when requested, it is easy to access your profile, if you forget your password it takes seconds to get back in to your account. I have never been locked out of Staffmate. I have never had any problems or issues with them. I also like the upgrades they recently made, like “ready pool”if an employer needs a lot of servers and they want to see if there is staff available and wanting to work on a particular date, the servers just click “interested” or a thumbs up 👍 emoji. And then the employers have a “pool” of workers ready and waiting to work. I think it’s compatible for workers and employers. So many apps the employer can’t see what the worker sees, and that is a problem. Staffmate is NOT like that, the employer sees what I see, and we can communicate if there is a question about something, like an address or the time.

Add multiple Employers
I can’t view more than 1 employer at the same time. I wish I can just go from one job schedule to another employer schedule with out log out.

The support team is very helpful, at the beginning I had a few issues, they work with me to fix them, I recommend before you give a bad review just contact them, they are really working to made this App the best. Thank you!

getting a new link to the email doesn't work. no customer support. guess i'm just not gonna work??

Clunky
Do not like the new app. Too many time consuming steps involved to get a shift. Confusing. Shifts should all be located on the calendar instead of having to go to each day, click, and scroll down.
An amazing app
I recently started using the Staffmate app and I have to say, it's been a game-changer for our team. Our communication has never been better and the ability to clock staff in and out has made our lives so much easier. I can't thank Staffmate enough for creating such an innovative and user-friendly application. It's clear they're thinking outside the box and paving the way for the future of workforce management. I'm excited to see what they come up with next! Five stars all around.

Great app
I work in the hospitality events industry and this app is great. It has a user friendly interface that makes rostering and managing staff simple.
Love the time clock function, and the easy messaging system that can target individual or whole groups of staff.
Team members can easily manage their availability, and pick up shifts using the publishing function. Overall 5/5. I would recommend this app to all businesses who want an effective way of managing and interacting with their team.

You guys screwed people
You screwed people with your update the platform is more confusing instead of a big 3 write the the shift that we have like before we check our phones 17k times a day we don’t want to miss anything and if you have a popup and its full take off that sing when i have a new shift coming and i have to compit with more than 100 ppl how i know witch shift still available if all of them have lights like christmas.
This what happened when don’t care about your users you never show up to there workplace to get the feedback.
