Unable to log in, just “times out”
Time for an update, unable to log in unless trying more then 10 times :(
Very slow start
Very slow app, i doesn’t get logged in even after i put right input, it needs to be updated.
Worst garbage app
Had to download this for work absolute disgrace of an app disgusting that we are forced to download this piece of garbage the creator of this app should be thrown in jail for the atrocity that created this app. Should be ashamed of yourself. If I could put no stars I would that’s what this deserves.

This is the app I use to see my schedule at work but please update it. It’s so slow. WHY?!

Absolute garbage 2000’s app
I cannot even express to you the level of anger and depression this app makes me feel. Their website isn’t any better. My work was using Kronos and just swapped over to this company. I would literally pay money from every single of my pay cheques to have Kronos back. SSC needs to give up and go out of business. Going from Kronos to this is literally like selling your brand new MacBook for the first computer to ever be built. The app is NOT user friendly and it is impossible to switch a shift with a staff member or to see your schedule. When sending switches, they can take HOURS to process. The fact that their website hasn’t figured out how someone can view their full schedule without having to use a horizontal scroll bar to see the full week is BEYOND ME. It is 2023!!!!!! What the f is wrong with this company. Staff members at my job are literally quitting because of this scheduling website. Do us all a favour and give up. This is beyond brutal.

DO NOT USE !!
Not easy to navigate. Made switching shifts more complicated and when I send off shift change requests I do not get sent receipts among glitching and poor programming. This is making my life wayy more difficult.

After the latest update the app is not working well! Please fix it!
Terrible system
Worst app I have ever used. Not sure who designed this but it is awful. Not at all user friendly so many different codes for banked time, it makes no sense.

If I can give a zero star rating, I will give it. It is not working anymore after few months it has been introduced in our company.
One of the worst
Extremely difficult to navigate. This app is not user friendly and if one of the worse systems my employers could of gone with. Makes it absolutely impossible to bank your OT or to take your leave as request always gets "lost" this is the worse system, they brought it in a year ago and it was been hell ever since. My manager has had to do more work fixing all the errors then she had to do before this system and app.

The app won’t let me log in anymore. No problems logging on my desktop computer though.

Forced to do an update and the app stopped working. Downloaded the app again and doesn’t work at all.

This app will no load any of my information. It doesn’t work at all and all the features are very outdated to start with.
