My notifications dont go away even when I click it or clear it. I always have to logon whenever I open the app. Hard to use and It crashes lots:( 0 stars if I could.

I originally gave this a 2 star before the last update (Oct 2024), because it was constantly telling me I had new notifications when I didn’t. Now I’m giving it a 3. I wish as a PSW I could see my shifts in the calendar and it said “not available” if I have a shift at 3pm and they’re posting a shift for 4pm or if I’m working until 11pm and they’re posting posted shift was to start at 10pm.
Does that make sense?

Unusable for Staff
iPhone app is out of date or bugged.
Can’t view available shifts on calendar in the app vs website version. Staff not getting notified about available shifts because of this.

I was promised that I would LOVE IT
I was promised that I would LOVE IT, but it don’t! It continuously tells me that I have unread messages or memos. I have read every note, memo and job posting my company has left/listed, and yet I get a red notification on the app and when I open it, it says I have 500 + unread notifications. Wish my company would switch to something better.

Great tool for posting shifts!
I have used this app for while and I love it. It is definitely improving and making easy the way to post shifts and to see the information for each shift.
Horrible app
This app is horrible and is run by idiots:) funny how all the good reviews were posted on January 16th, clearly getting their staff to boost their ratings, what a joke.
Poorly made
This app is very poorly made , very limited features and doesn’t work all the time . It would be nice to be able to mark days we aren’t able to work so we don’t accidentally schedule something. Also would be nice to be able to import the calendar to google/Apple calendar .
