Fix your login
I’m surprised any company still uses this app, the worst app in my experience. You create a new password and it says “Wrong password” it wouldnt update any information that i try to submit. For gods sake in this AI world, how can you not make your login work.

Ever since I updated the app nothing is working pages within the app not even loading
Password issues
I need this app for work but have yet to actually be able to sign on. It forces me to change my password, then upon successful creation of a new one, it’s magically wrong. I am human and make mistakes but not 8 new passwords and still cant even log in kinda mistakes.

After a million updates it won’t keep you logged in even if you click it each time. Other than that it’s a good app.

Typed in my user and pass word and can’t even login anymore after ONE day using the app
Schedule
It won’t keep me signed it. It doesn’t post my schedule for the week it keeps say schedules not published.
Can’t log in
Since I’ve updated the app , I can’t log in . Reset my password and all and that doesn’t help
NEED UPDATES OR SOMETHING…
It will not keep me signed in and I put the correct password in and it tells me it’s the wrong information then I will retype the same exact password and it’ll let me in but also it won’t allow me to change anything on my profile even though it has an “edit profile button”!
When I installed the app on my phone, it already came with a name on it and the last name is not correct, but when I called my job, they say my correct last name is in their system, but I still cannot figure out why this app has the wrong name on it for me and won’t even let me change it or anything else!!

Point orders
Ordered 6 shirts with the reward option, now can’t even find that button. Plus order never got delivered .
0 stars if I could.

It won’t keep me signed in even tho it gives the option and wish it was easier to contact HR it is great app and very useful if you work for a company that uses it , guess I can be thankful that iPhone has auto fill…

It was there the staff track rewards on the app but now it’s not there. What’s up with that. Like that I can check my pay and request time off through the app.
Blank screen after login
After login I got a blank white screen tried login in a few times to no avail.

The app ask for me to answer 2 security questions to change my password. Only problem is only one question pops up. I’ve been trying to log in for over a month. Tired of it.
