Not working
I bought it on August and I can’t import any sound file..on the cloud nor via WiFi.. following the instructions..
I sent an email to customer service but never got answer.. don’t waste your money..

We have answered your mail immediately please check your spam mails folder. The app has no issue with import. You are trying to import audio where you have to import the .stage project. Create a new song and import the audio in it.
Best looper app out there
I have used this app for several years. This version takes it to another level. I play almost every weekend and use this app to provide drums and backing tracks for my duo. It is a solid app, easy to use on stage, and works flawlessly. There is nothing that I have seen that allows you to build backing tracks in pieces and then choreograph them together to create a custom backing track for a song. I use my DAW to build out the pieces of the song that I’m going to use, verse, chorus, fills, etc. to build the full song. So all of our backing tracks are custom-made. The ability to loop any of the parts inside a song allows for improvisation even though you’re running backing tracks. Tap on your Bluetooth foot pedal to loop the specific track and then when you were ready to continue on with the song, just tap it again and it picks up where you left off. No other backing track software that I’ve seen can do that that. Great job!

The Best Looper
The Stage Looper is the best I’ve come across for live performances. Perfect for organizing your backing tracks. Very easy to import files into. You can also easily edit your files using the cut and slice tools. And now it has midi controllability. I can change parts and songs without taking my hands off the instrument! Thanks for the upgrade.

Unique and liberating!
I play in a duo (vox and guitar) that uses pre-recorded loops and backing tracks. We prefer loops because they make the performance more spontaneous and organic, but some songs wouldn’t work in a looper – until Stage Looper came along!
It was great to get all our songs into one app, rather than using 2 different ones, and I was really excited to find it, but I thought I’d save my review until after my first gig with it…
The app behaved itself, and in added a new dimension - there's a couple of songs that, when we do it with a full band, we loop around the intro while chatting to the crowd, or riffing. Since we've been performing as a duo with backing tracks, we've missed that opportunity, so it's great to be able to do that again thanks to Stage Looper. Same with a couple of lead solos - nice to be able to go around as often as the mood takes me on the night! It was liberating, and actually helped the performance considerably, rather than having to remember and stick to a rigid structure.
One minor bug.. the app frequently won't let you select the beginning of a song - usually when you have already played a later loop in the same song. Easily worked around by selecting a different song, then coming back to the one you want to play.
I’d like to see volume adjustment in the app – I’ve suggested this to Trevor the lead developer, and he says it’s coming in a new, bigger brother, called Stage Master, that I am about to try.
I use the app with an Airturn Bluetooth pedal – took a few tries to get it to work, but now it does, and it’s great.
But, all minor points really, the app is pretty unique as far as I could see and the perfect concept for an act like ours.

Loving this app
Been using this app to play backing tracks that I have created in logic,I create the track or tracks then transfer to stage looper via WiFi where you can arrange into loops of verse chorus bridge etc,then build your song,to be honest though I make the full track in logic using midi files,export as a wave file then send to app as one file,voila instant backing band for me and my acoustic,really having a lot of fun with this app and getting some good quality results,been looking for something like this for ages,nothing else really does what this app does especially for the money,fantastic app very highly recommended.

Handy for real instrument song sketching
Use it with my guitar to flesh out the basics of song ideas. Convenient slice and loop tool for picking the best parts of your recording session then letting you arrange them in to song sections. Limited features. Could be improved upon but simplicity wins here and as a change away from linear wav file DAW style editing and mpc button mashing it stands alone in workflow style. Would recommend and hope it continues to improve.

Not sure if I will ever use this live, but it's worth the purchase price to have fun finding out! What a great concept and beautifully executed.
