Stage Side Touring

Stage Side brings the touring day together for the Josiah Queen team and invited crew members. See your schedule, find venue details, check travel and room information, and keep the day’s essentials close at hand. The dashboard brings crew food orders, bus-stock and runner requests, and daily polls into one place. Food ordering is available when management opens an order for the selected day. Use Calendar to move between tour dates, Schedule to follow the day’s calls, and Events for venue information. More answers practical crew questions, including room assignments, bus details, laundry information, and nearby places when those details are posted. Save a read-only day sheet on your iPhone for offline reference. Saved information expires within 24 hours or when the session expires, whichever comes first. Manage notification preferences and offline information from More. Stage Side is free to download and use. Access to the Josiah Queen workspace is limited to crew members approved by tour management. Downloading the app does not grant access to private tour information. No subscription or purchase is required. Information and available actions depend on your role and the details published by tour management. Internet access is required to refresh schedules and submit requests or votes.
