About
Give the sound engineer a clear plan before the first note.
Stage Worksheet helps small bands prepare stage plots, input lists, and show notes on iPad and iPhone. Move the gear, update the details, and share a readable handoff from one project.
PLAN THE STAGE
Place microphones, guitars, drums, keyboards, monitors, and more. Use generic shapes for other equipment, edit labels, adjust positions and rotation, and keep a performer's setup together with groups. Undo and redo help you try a different layout.
KEEP THE DETAILS TOGETHER
Link stage equipment to input channels. Record channel numbers, connection notes, phantom-power requirements, and who supplies each item. Add written wedge or in-ear monitor requests, a show date, and performance notes. Built-in checks flag issues such as duplicate channel numbers and missing object links.
SEE ANOTHER ANGLE
Explore an illustrative 3D view of the same stage positions. The 3D view helps communicate a layout; it does not model exact equipment dimensions, acoustics, or safety clearances.
SHARE A CLEAR HANDOFF
Export a single-page stage plot or a technical pack with input, equipment, and monitor information. Choose A4 or US Letter, preview the PDF, and share it with the system share sheet. Export a channel CSV or a Stage Worksheet project copy to keep or exchange with another user.
WORK OFFLINE
Create and edit projects without an account or internet connection. Projects save on your device. Importing a project adds a copy, leaving existing projects in place. A five-piece example is included to help you get started.
All features described here are included in version 1.0.0. There are no ads, subscriptions, or in-app purchases in this version.
Stage Worksheet is a planning and documentation tool. Confirm channel assignments, electrical needs, and monitor requests with your sound engineer. It does not control audio equipment or provide cloud collaboration.
