Unable to connect to StagePas 1K Mk2
Yamaha, you must do something about it. iPhone 16/iOS 26.0.1 can only use Bluetooth audio. The STAGEPAS Editor does not connect to the speaker. This is unacceptable for an otherwise well crafted speaker.

I am so frustrated, just spent a whole bunch of money on this speaker thinking it would be an awesome addition to my studio.
None of the apps work!
I can’t get any volume from the speaker at all whether it is through the dodgy Bluetooth connection or through aux cord (headphone jack)
Can’t find any tech support from Yamaha I am at the end of my patience.
I have been trying this for hours now and ready to throw it on the fire!!!

Refresh every gig
The app needs to be deleted and installed before each gig. Also better to have WiFi connected to stop the buffering . The app responds in real time . Great sound
Needs update for iOS 14
App is nice, but basically useless if you have a device running iOS or iPadOS 14. Only my older iPad running iOS 13 is able to connect and control the STAGEPAS 1k, all other devices crash at various stages of connecting to the mixer.
Come on Yamaha, it’s been over a year since you updated the app! This was part of my criteria for choosing the 1k over competitor products, so please get this fixed.

C’mon Yamaha!
Same here, it crashes with my ipad mini 2, ipad air & iphone 7. All with previous iOS & up to the latest yet all failed, this now prevents me from buying my 2nd unit for a stereo link. Perhaps come up with 2 Bluetooth connection, low power for controls & another for audio similar to the new Bose L1 Pro line up...

Bluetooth接続の際にパスコードを求められるが取説に記載なし。結局初期コードらしき“0000”で繋がるのだが...アプリがどうこう以前に何回やっても接続がとにかくすぐ落ちて 現時点で実用性ゼロ！
Keeps on crashing
I’m happy with the STAGEPAS gear but this iPhone control centre is not helping me while I’m performing. It loses connection regularly and lately keeps crashing. I’ve re downloaded it 5 times so far. This is the sixth. I have an iPhone 11 so it should work hassle free.

Stürzt nach ca 15 s ab
ich weiß nicht ob es einfach an der Appversion liegt - vor Chorona im Februar funktionierte es ohne Probleme - nach 2 Updates von OS läuft es nicht mehr - Bitte an die Entwicklung- überarbeitet die Software- die App war mit ein Kaufgrund für die Stagepass K1!

Constant crashing
Basically useless as crashes and disconnects all the time. Yamaha needs to update this asap

Crash/sync
This app crashes frequently and doesn’t pair with Bluetooth well. It also will not sync with iTunes or any other music platform on my device.

Sehr gute Haptik im Linear Modus. Auch ist die Bedienung im Live Einsatz sehr einfach und übersichtlich. Da wurde mitgedacht.
Leider stürzt die App beim Einsatz auf einem iPad bei 9 von 10 Versuchen regelmäßig nach 20 Sekunden ab.
Ich hoffe Yamaha legt da noch nach, da die Bedienung über ein Tablet noch wesentlich komfortabler wäre.
Ansonsten: Top Job 👍🏻
