Ça m’a pris l’abonnement sans la période d’essai. C’est juste un très simple calculateur pour un escalier droit. Pas besoin de payer, une calculatrice ferait la même chose. Il ne permet pas de faire d’autre type d’escalier !

Bonjour, Merci pour votre retour. L’application propose normalement une période d’essai gratuite avant le paiement pour les utilisateurs éligibles. Toutefois, un essai gratuit peut ne plus être disponible dans certains cas, par exemple lorsqu’il a déjà été utilisé auparavant avec le même compte. L’application est actuellement conçue principalement pour les calculs rapides d’escaliers droits simples. Merci pour votre remarque, elle nous aidera à améliorer les prochaines versions.

Can’t cancel

There’s no way to cancel your subscription within the app. If there is it’s not obvious and the developer is not responsive to requests for help.

I’m not a fan of the idea that you make your app look like a learning tool, actually it’s bloatware.

I am very experienced in takeoffs and Iso’s from many different companies and -regions , so I would like to be clear about the best approach for this project, disclose your contractual terms prior to download. If the app doesn’t provide uninstall option then I can add one for you.
