Great customer service
I am a novice with cryptocurrency, but the app does a pretty good job at making everything clear. Recently, during the Pulse chain implementation, I struggled with the app, as it would totally lock up on me and what information I could view was not all correct. The team worked hard to quickly address their issues and I finally was again able to use the app as intended. That let me use the help option to have my other questions addressed. I was amazed to receive a reply in minutes and was led through the steps to fix my problems in no time. The customer service bar has been set so low by the big communication companies that it is not hard to surpass that, but I found this customer service to be truly top notch.

Amazing app
This app has a beautiful interface and for Hex and PulseChain holders, provides global metrics and personal stats on BOTH chains. The wallet is also easy to use and if you ever have any questions, the support team is quick to help and respond! I highly recommend this app!
Stays on Saving… but never Saves the External Wallet Address
I’ve been copying and pasting my Wallet Address for the past week and everytime I push “Save” it just says “Saving….” and never actually saves the wallet address. I’ve updated to the latest iOS 16.4.1, updated the Staker app, and even tried deleting and downloading the app. It still will not work. Please help.

App is great overall, but needs fixing
I have been using this app for about 6 months without a problem, however now i have run into an issue that i cant seem to resolve. I am unable to create/end stakes. Which is the point of the app, i have reached out for support, but everything i have tried is not working… really hoping they come out with a new update that fixes this.

Transak processor not working for me…
Of the two pay processors Transak is the only choice for Puerto Rico. Right now I’ve been in contact with T support, very slow and intermittent, for over 72 hrs without resolution after KYC. We’re all trying to support Hex and time is sensitive. What can you suggest to fix? Not freaking out but freaking out!

Love the app
Love the app really enjoy the ability to see “the feed” of all the stakes currently ending or beginning. It would be nice to see the achievement section up and running soon.
App is great; roadmap is exciting
Hey big fan of the app, but one bug to report (tapping report a bug does nothing - hence, in part, this review).
Second, one of the ways I get my friends to think longer term is to say, would you stake for your 3 year old’s bar mitzvah? Then a 10 year stake actually feels palpably soon.
If you could name your stakes that would be all the more personalizing of an effect for users. I’m not just staking money, I’m staking my children’s futures…

A crypto IQ test
It has been said hex is IQ test. I believe this is to simplistic. The nuance of understanding. Being in a place to delay gratification but make a choice and have conviction. Hex is the door. Pulse is where the door leads.
Not for me
Never got started. I used Sign-in with Apple and chose Hide My Email, paid, and requested the smart wallet. It took 19 hours to process instead of “within 2 hours” that the app said (support said it’s due to the ETH gas fees) even though it confirmed in like 10 seconds. I decided to use my regular email and deleted Staker out of Hide My Email, and signed up again. I chose to Share My Email this time, but it still uses the Hide My Email email. Support told me I can start over and use another email that’s not linked to Apple. The only other option is a Google account, and I don’t want to do that. Also, there is no option to restore a wallet. So the 24 word recovery phrase is useless.

I ended up sending ETH to create a smart wallet, which led to my metamask saving the Staker address under “recents”. A few weeks later, I purchased an LP token (unrelated to Staker) and accidentally sent it to their address.
Within 3 days, they successfully sent me back my LP token (after verifying that I was who sent it to them) and wouldn’t even let me reimburse them for gas fees.
After encountering so many shady crypto projects, Staker shocked me with how genuine, trustworthy and mindful they are with their users.
Hope more coins are added in the future and thanks again! You guys rock 🍀

I only use the staker app to check on my stakes and the price of hex but everything is great so far and the customer service is really active.
Excellent Customer Service
Like an idiot, I mistakenly sent my crypto to the Staker business address instead of my wallet address and was worried I lost the funding. Upon emailing the Staker customer service team, they walked me through the process to refund my money and get it into my wallet. They were friendly and understanding to my dilemma and I couldn’t be more appreciative. Special thanks to Stef and Karim and the rest of the Staker team for their efforts!

Had a mishap and sent funds to wrong wallet address. Totally my fault. Stef and the team corrected my mistake and funded the correct wallet. Love the app. Use it everyday. Very easy to operate. Fantastic app. Would recommend to anyone and everyone.

The team is working on updates constantly! Every update is useful and provides value, such as the multi chain update that is I. The works and mechanics that lower fees and invites throughput. I love this app and the customer service that comes with it is unbeatable!
