Stay away

The free version is basically a platform for ads. You have to watch 1 or 2 ads in between scans in order to use the app. Got porn ads and a cleaner ad that said, “This app is shutting down because your phone is infected with viruses from a porn site.” And no, I do not view porn sites.

Stamps love them this app it’s great ! I really like it a lot. I can log all of of my stamp. Great

This is the most awesome app. I’d totally use it every day . It’s simple and informative and I think it’s worth the effort to hook yourself up with this app worth the money totally.

Couldn’t even identify the first stamp

I tried one stamp, and 1851 Denmark Scott 2- it could not identify it, and it was a beautiful perfectly clear photo I have antiques. I don’t have modern stamps. If you don’t have the ability to be able to handle these kind of stamps you shouldn’t put your product out there. This was a joke and I am getting my money refunded.

Scanning Problems

Scans are too fuzzy to use for stamp ID. I have a phone that take very good photos so it should work.

Limited

No apparent way to sort collection by country of origin, year, or value. No total value range of collection. Only focuses at a distance so no closeup images of the stamps.

Useless

The scan does not work. Had to take pictures with my phone then upload. Also, they charge you for the whole year upfront. I used the app for 3 hours and wanted to cancel thinking I would get not be out $6.99 but it actually cost me $39.99. Be warned.

Response from developer

Thank you for your feedback and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with Vatican City old stamps and foreign stamps. We understand your frustration and want to assure you that we're continuously working to improve our app's recognition capabilities every day. We'd love to help you identify your stamps! Please send us clear photos of your Vatican City stamps or any other stamps you're having trouble with to amocaapps.ss@gmail.com. Your patience and feedback help us make the app better for all stamp collectors. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to improve!

Do Not Use - Don’t even Consider it.

App was advertised as free, but ended up costing $6.99/week. The stamp scan portion of the app was useless. So I had to take clear images from my iPhone 17 to use. Ran a test of four stamps I absolutely knew the condition and value of, yet the app misidentified three out of four. I processed
another 40 stamps through the app just for the heck of it, and I know some were wrong. I’m not sure what database they are using or aren’t using for ID and valuation, but it’s wrong. I cancelled my membership in less than 24 hours. Don’t be duped like me. I would have rated it zero stars but couldn’t.

Zu viel Werbung

Ohne Bezahlen konnte ich nur eine Marke scannen. Die Kamera fokussiert nicht, kein Zoom. Nutzlos.
