Stampass is the loyalty companion for nail salons, hair salons, and spas — built for the people behind the chair. Every visit becomes a stamp. Every reward becomes a reason to come back. KEY FEATURES • Apple Wallet loyalty pass — your customers carry their stamp card on their iPhone, no extra app to install. • One-tap scan — staff scan the customer's Wallet pass at checkout. Stamp count updates on the customer's phone within seconds. • Automatic rewards — when a customer hits the stamp goal (default: 8 stamps → free service), the next visit redeems automatically. • Offline-friendly — scan even when wifi is spotty; the app queues and syncs as soon as you're back online. • Owner reports — see who scanned, when, and which tech earned the visit. • Multi-staff aware — duplicate scans within 30 seconds are merged so techs don't double-count. DESIGNED FOR SALON OPERATIONS • Sign in once with the staff account your owner created. • Add a new customer in under 10 seconds — name, phone, and the pass is sent. • If a tech leaves, the owner deactivates the account and that phone bounces to login on the next request. PRIVACY We only collect what's needed to run your loyalty program: staff login, customer name and phone, and the visit history that powers rewards. No tracking. No ads. No data sold.
