I would love it more if I could choose to not have water mark or the boarder around the second photo, more so picking the boarders. To not get a water mark you have to go to the photo galleries and then upload photos not ones taken in the app.
Wish there's no watermark.

The photos are stored at 1600x1200 resolution. File size is about one tenth that of a regular iPhone 4S photo so you sacrifice quality for the cute gimmick.

Great app! Makes sending pics of baby to the grandparents much more fun as its even more personalized, they get to see the photographer too which is great since I'm never in the actual pics. And they loooove it!
