Can’t get it to let me in
I’ve tried to log in on/off for over 6 months. I can’t get anything to work. I love the idea but I have to stop trying
App will not work at all.
Love your idea and wanted to see if I could join and stand in for anyone that needs but your app does not. There no phone number to call for tech help. Nothing. Not even sure if this a real thing that people are doing.

Great idea, poor execution
Love the idea of this project. It’s an unfortunately necessary resource, even in this day and age. However, the app is borderline completely unusable. Half the tabs do not move/scroll - they’re oftentimes stuck and I can’t navigate to other locations on the tab.
This is more so a product of social media’s impact on collective action rather than a flaw of the app itself, but there are far more individuals ‘there for support’ than those in need (to an overwhelming extent). It’s a little dispiriting to scroll through the app and not feel like you’re needed there due to the over saturation of one demographic. I worry it could chase away those who need support due to the eagerness of those who are there for comfort and looking for just one person to offer help to.
Also, the wrong form of “you’re/your” is used during signup when asking for a bio… The small things don’t seem to be tied up well overall.

Can’t sign up.
I saw the reviews and still tried. Can confirm, you can’t sign up anymore. It says an account already exists, but if I try to log in it says I need to verify but won’t let me verify. Sad.
App doesn’t work
Which is such a shame because I would love to join this movement! I am unable to get any kind of code to reset my password and this seems to have been an ongoing issue for a long time. Not sure why it hasn’t been fixed yet.

Seems to be a problem with the app. Have updated and no code sent. Otherwise a nice place to connect.

Never received a code despite many attempts and reinstalling. Please fix!
Sounded like a good app
My nurse advocate gave me the information for this app, as she is super resourceful. I tried on both an android and iPhone to register and it will never send a verification number to my phone. I wonder what’s up with that?
No Verification Code
I’ve tried several times to be a part of this app as I really need family in the community but each time I try to sign up, it doesn’t send the verification code so I can’t even be a part of the app’s community- very disheartening
Start from the beginning the app needs some work
App keeps crashing I can’t even log in to my account

I can’t get past the verify screen it keeps saying that it was gonna send a verification code to my phone number, and it never sends it
Not Usable
When setting up, I never received my text to verify my account. I rechecked the number and resent texts, but nothing was ever sent. I had to delete the app. I’ll just go back and look at the Facebook groups to get started in supporting the LGBTQ+ community.
Glitchy
I’d love to help but the app is glitchy. It either won’t send a code to sign up or it freezes.

I love this idea and would love to be a part of it, but I’m hung up at getting a confirmation message sent to my phone number. I’ve put it in every way I know how, and nothing.
