Standard is a staff-management app for gym and box owners and managers. It is not an app for members and not a workout log: it is the tool for whoever manages the people. Four things a manager does every week, in one place. COACH EVALUATIONS Build your own questionnaire — categories, questions and scoring to match how your gym works. Evaluate during a class: one question per screen, four answer options, usable while you are standing at the edge of the mat. An N/A answer is excluded from the score rather than lowering it, so the score always reflects only what was actually assessed. Every coach gets a full history, a progress graph over time, and a PDF export carrying your gym's logo. SHIFT SWAPS A coach opens a swap request — a single class or several shifts across different dates. The whole team is notified, and one tap closes it. If the class is still uncovered, the app sends a reminder 24 hours before it starts. A holiday splits into a separate request per class and can be cancelled as one. OPENING AND CLOSING CHECKLISTS A fixed, customisable checklist for opening and closing the gym, with a history of who marked what and when. No more asking the group whether anyone turned off the air conditioning. FAULT REPORTING A coach reports through the app, management is notified immediately, and the fault gets closed quickly. The history keeps the names of who reported it and who handled it. Everything is documented. START FROM THE TIMETABLE YOU ALREADY HAVE Paste your class timetable from Arbox and Standard builds the coach list and the weekly shifts by itself. No typing coach by coach, no filling in a table. No need to connect an Arbox account or hand over a password, and the import works with Hebrew and English timetables. Re-import on any timetable change, without duplicates. ROLES - Owner — full access: evaluations, dashboard, coach management, editing the questionnaire, and inviting more users - Manager — runs evaluations, manages coaches, checklists and faults - Coach — opens swap requests, marks checklists, reports faults, and sees the feedback they received only once the evaluation is complete Permissions are enforced on the server and not only on screen, and each gym sees only its own data. YOUR BRAND Your gym's logo and brand colour inside the app, and on the PDFs sent to coaches at the end of an evaluation. The app is in English and Hebrew. It follows the language of the phone it is on, so a mixed team reads it each in their own; Hebrew is laid out right-to-left. A new gym starts from a questionnaire and checklists in the language it was set up in, and edits them from there. Access is by invitation only: a gym owner or manager invites the users.
