StandupStash

Keep your daily standup ready wherever you work. Capture yesterday’s progress, today’s plans and blockers on iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple Watch or Apple Vision Pro. Your questions, answers and history sync through your private iCloud account. You can also write offline and sync when iCloud becomes available. Make your standup your own: • Start with Scrum questions or create your own. • Choose reminder days, times, and sound or quiet delivery. Enable reminders on the devices you want. • Pause reminders for holidays and time off. • Browse past standups and saved versions. • Copy or share your update as plain text or Markdown. • Use Apple Watch Dictation for a quick answer on your wrist. Onboarding has clear Continue, Back and Skip controls so you can get straight to your first update. Optional AI summaries ask for permission before sending your selected standup to the StandupStash service and OpenAI. Everyday note-taking and iCloud sync work without enabling AI. StandupStash is free, with no ads or in-app purchases. iCloud sync requires the same Apple Account and iCloud enabled on your devices. Reminder delivery follows your device’s notification and Focus settings.
