Horrible UX, unusable
The dropdown list has black background and black text, can’t see the options at all.
Doesn’t work
This app doesn’t work. It wouldn’t let me pre-check. The key won’t work. It says I need to be on Wi-Fi with Bluetooth enabled both are on. There’s a place to view the menu nothing loads.
Advanced check-in facility doesn’t work
The app claims that you can check in a day before your arrival. It’s a day before my arrival. It only shows yesterday and today as possible dates for my check in. That doesn’t make any sense! I don’t know if any of the other functionality works, as I haven’t arrived at the hotel yet.
