App still crashes
The app does not work very well on Apple devices.

You simply can’t have the app open too long. Or it will just crash and close it forcefully.
This is embarrassing to see that Stanford is mismanaged to the point that they can’t pay a dev to fix their app..

I like the convenience but every time I try to order certain items it crashes, so I have to order in person anyway

Doesn’t work
Checkout button is grayed out, no explanation. Unusable.
Garbage app
1) Can’t order “immediately”, forced me to wait 30 mins ahead of when I order.
2) No instructions on where to pick up food.
It is embarrassing that stanford insists on using a terrible app for takeout food, when the average local restaurant properly adopted to the pandemic months ago.

Stanford is so proud about its education and startup environment, but even an EXTREMELY SIMPLE food order app doesn’t work!! For many many months !! Are you serious here???

Basic functionality is a battle
Cannot check our as student.
Cannot edit pickup time, blocked on “store is closed”.

App throws an error (“amount” invalid keyword) when you try to order
Worked fine, now can’t submit orders
No longer works! (Amount is an invalid keyword, what?)
App closes
App closes when trying to enter login info or registering
