Less than adequate

I expect an APP that I can place on my phone where I want it, not a link to a website. I agree with the previous review. Take some of the money we paid you and FIX THIS. If you don’t I’ll be asking for a full refund. WHY ISNT MY REVIEW BELOW THE PREVIOUS ONE?

Was working

It worked for years. Now just a white screen. Deleted, re-downloaded. Same thing.

Push needs a bit more work

Rating higher because I can see improvement but it’s not right. Every few days / weeks I need to reenroll myself in specific newsletter push. Specifically when just ten stock + crypto cap are push enabled

I wrote this years ago. Push is still a major issue with the other app being retired…

Notifications on the flagship app have not worked for 2-3 years. 10 stock trader notifications work without issue.

Can’t log in

The company and research is top notch but cannot log in. It is frustrating that I need to log in through a browser when I want to read the articles.

Notifications on the flagship app have not worked for 2-3 years. 10 stock trader notifications work without issue. Lost out on a huge crypto capital mover because you guys can’t figure out push + are not consistent about publishing time. $$ impact here. Feels bad.

Great App

I am an Alliance member and this app is great for the volume of content I see on a daily basis. 2 things would change my rating to 5 stars:

- push notifications don’t go to the article if already in the app. If I have multiple push notifications and am already reading an article, they don’t open up the next article, I have to close the app to navigate using the push notifications

- please make email link notifications open the app instead of a mobile web browser.

Thank you for the update!

I reviewed this unfavorably some time ago because the app had stopped working completely. S&A update the app and now it works great once again. Much appreciated, I still prefer this interface above the alternatives.

Won’t respond.

I’ve used the app for quite some time but recently it will not respond. After removing it, the app will not re-install because it is OPEN in the app store. Needs work. A lot of work.

Does not solve the problem which apps are supposed to

I like the work that Stansberry folks do. I was hoping the app would sync seamlessly with my iPhone and give an alert every time there was a new article or trade idea but it does not. Another user has stated login issue - not sure why, once launched, one has to log in frequently. Of late, the app just does not launch despite deleting and reinstalling it. It has a lot of potential but app developers are not realizing it.

Had to remove and replace app several times, now I can’t even sign in. It’s been useless for over 6 months now.

This app gets one star because it doesn’t work. It never opens. It’s worthless.

Terrible app that hangs all the time

also forgets password all the time. They are not able to keep up with Apple updates.

You are better off using the browser!
