Worst Managed PG Please avoid
Yesterday 25th July, I visited Granada House PG near RVCE Bengaluru. Based on the picture in their app as well as website, I was thinking it would be an well managed, clean and hygienic place to be. But what I saw yesterday, it was very much opposite- PG is not all cleaned, dinning area is very unhygienic, stair case, rooms are very dirty, Gym in 6th floor - what a shame? Overall their is stark reality between website, app and the reality. Please be aware of this before taking any decision

Bad stay experience
I am a resident since 6 days and having a very poor experience during my time here. The bed that was handed over to me had bedbugs and I was asked to adjust in different room where I had issues with electricity etc since that room was not mapped to me. That room was then handed over to someone else and I was shifted to a 3 sharing room. The bedbug resolution in my assigned room will take another week or so and until then it has been a nightmare talking to House captain cluster manager and sales person. No one is willing to provide a comfortable solution. When I asked to escalate, Sales person told me that it is not allowed/possible. Last year I stayed briefly in local low budget hotel and they had a better service experience than what I am experiencing as a Paying Guest in Stanza Living. The condition of the rooms, washrooms and Beds in particular in no way suggests that this is a premium/luxury PG. Regardless of all of my concerns, this level of service doesn’t seem fit for a startup and just making a nice looking app is not what hospitality is all about. I hope some sense prevails in someone and rules are modified to benefit client experience too and not just fill company pockets. 50% of the beds I was shown had bed bugs.

Stanza living, everything is useless, if you are choosing them then don't do it, none of their services are good, the staff is not responsible for any service, the guides keep playing PUBG the whole day with their feet on the disk very mischievously, what is Santosh about, those people are on call the whole day, they are not responsible for anything, if you ask them something they don't know anything.
