致命的な欠陥

申請をする時に、レシートや領収書の写真を添付しても反映されない事が多々あり、上司から添付の催促が来ます。こういう経費を扱うアプリなのに、レシートや領収書の添付が反映されないのは致命的でしょう。これが改善されない限りはアプリを使うことはありません。

全く起動しなくなりました

iOSで利用していますが、アップデート以降起動後Stapleのロゴがチカチカ表示されるだけで、一切機能画面まで進まなくなりました。
今まではスマートフォンで経費精算していましたが、今はPCを起動して処理する羽目に。
サービス自体乗り換えたいです。

エラーが出る

交通費登録をしようとすると「ネットワークに接続されません」とエラーが必ず出ます。おかげで経費が払われない可能性があります。早急に直して頂きたいです。

アップデートの度に使いづらくなる

解析に時間がかかり過ぎだし経費申請ボタンを押した後はレシートがサムネイル表示にしかならないので修正する時には一旦キャンセルして元のレシート画像を確認してメモを取って打ち込み直すという手間がかかる。なぜこうなった？
