Major ad glitch makes it unplayable

We’re very sorry about this. Ads are provided by third-party advertising platforms, so we cannot directly control their content or close buttons. We’ve noticed that some ads hide the “X” until you tap the screen once after the video ends. If you still cannot close the ad or receive your reward, please contact us through Settings → Contact Us, preferably with a screen recording. We’ll also report this issue to the advertising platform. We appreciate your suggestion about a paid option for ad-free hints and will seriously consider it.

Hi, thank you so much for your detailed feedback. We’re really happy to hear that you enjoy the design, levels, and the logic behind the hints. About hints that sometimes only remove one square: our hint system calculates the next logical step based on the current board state. Sometimes that small elimination is actually the key step required before more advanced deductions become possible. If we skipped it and jumped ahead, the next hint might become much harder to understand. Regarding ads: we agree that a completely ad-free experience is always better. Our current model is to make all levels free and available to everyone, so ads help support continued development. Some puzzle games use a different approach with a limited number of free levels followed by paid level packs or subscriptions. We chose this model because we want every player to be able to access all puzzles. We’re also adding more ways to get free hints. Currently, players can already receive free hint rewards during weekend events, and our next update will introduce a daily check-in feature with more free rewards. Thank you again for taking the time to share your thoughts. Feedback like this really helps us improve the game, and we’ll keep working to make the hint experience better. ❤️

Update: Based on player feedback, we’ve recently added a new benefit for Ad-Free players. After completing the Daily Challenge, Ad-Free players can now receive a free Hint reward each day. The shop system is also added in settings. Thank you again for helping us improve the game! Thanks for your support and feedback. Remove Ads currently removes forced ads, while hint ads remain optional rewarded ads, as explained in the game. We understand this may still be inconvenient for some players. In the next version, we plan to add more ways to obtain hint items. Thanks again for helping us improve the game.
nice queen puzzle
Entertaining but some “easy” puzzles are super hard

Have you had a look at the solving strategies in the settings? 👀 Some puzzles may feel harder because of a key trick that’s easy to miss. We’re happy to let you know that in the next update, Undo will be available for everyone without watching ads. For features like Check or Hint, currently watching an ad is required to use them even if you’ve removed forced ads—this is part of how these tools are designed. We understand this can be confusing, and we’ll add clear explanations in the game in next update so it’s easier to understand. We really appreciate your support and hope you enjoy the game even more with these improvements!
Easy to use, but would like hints option
I appreciate the dark mode option, as well as the auto x’s. Only issue was that for some reason I found it very hard to find all these features when first playing, and assumed it didn’t have them. Maybe a tutorial? I wish there were hints available. And maybe this is user error but I didn’t see any. I see an option that seems to check if anything is wrong, and an option that appears to just place a star for you. But I would rather it give me a hint that tells me a strategy of how I should know what to mark off next.
Also, please label icons. I didn’t realize what the buttons did until I clicked them. I didn’t want it to place a star, just give me a hint and an explanation.

Thank you for updating your review and for the detailed feedback! You’re absolutely right that the onboarding and the lack of labels on some buttons aren’t very user-friendly. We apologize for the confusion this caused, and we’ll be improving tutorials, icons, and explanations in future updates. Just to clarify a couple of points: The button that looks like it “places a star” is actually the Hint feature. It analyzes the current board and reveals a tile that can be logically confirmed. In some cases, that confirmed tile happens to be a star, which can make it feel like the game is placing a star for you. We agree that the current icon and explanation are not clear enough, and we’ll work on making this more intuitive. We’re also exploring ways to make hints feel more like strategy guidance rather than automatic actions. Thanks again for your thoughtful suggestions — they’re very helpful and appreciated!

The ad you saw when tapping Hint is an optional rewarded ad, which is still available by design. That said, we understand this can be unclear, and we’re improving the wording and behavior in an upcoming update to make this distinction clearer.
