Works great on my older iPad but keeps crashing on my iPhone 14. Love the app though when it works.

Incorrect time travel output of sky
I recently tried time travel feature of this paid app. For my location and travel time of 20-April-1982 6pm sky map and other apps are showing moon to be in Aries constellation but Skychart is incorrectly placing it in Virgo constellation. Please take a look at this asap

Wir schreiben das Jahr 2024 und Sternatlas Infinity (Star Chart) ist immernoch die beste App, welche Himmel beobachten mit Lerneffekt betrifft. Optisch sieht auch alles super aus, da können die meisten Apps nicht mithalten. Das letzte Update gab es vor 8 Jahren.

Satellites are not in real time
Very disappointed that satellites orbits are not in real time, to search satellites by name via search engine is impossible, amount of "visible" satellites are very poor. Okay, for satellites I'd better use Orbitrack or Stellarium, but what about comets? Your search engine couldn't find any comet, why did you released incomplete app? I paid money for it.

good for stargazing but limited number of satellites - also the ISS is not in the correct orbit as it's not further than the moon (unlike in the app...)
Excellent App
Star Chart continues to be my favourite sky app. However I discovered something interesting in the app when I was asked a piece of trivia regarding Dwight D. Eisenhower’s D-Day invasion of France on June 6 1944, specifically what phase the moon was in on that day. I decided to scroll back in the app to see what it showed, and it revealed that the moon was just starting out of its new moon phase, when in fact it was right around its full moon phase along with clear skies and low tide.
Still, I thoroughly enjoy this app!

Bien mais quid des satellites artificiels ?
J’ai acheté la version payante pour avoir les satellites mais au final je ne vois pas la différence avec la version gratuite.
Where is C/2022 E3?
I just bought the app in order to find the comet C/2022 without success because isn't listed.
App crashes
I don’t know if I have bee scammed or not. I have had star chart on my iPhone for years and liked it. Tried to find the new ZTF comet. Not there. User manual said comets and other objects included up Star Chart Infinite upgrade for $4.95. Paid and downloaded. I don’t see much difference and current comet ZTF not listed so certainly not up to date. Very disappointed. I can’t figure out to use all the features mentioned in the sales story.

Worst UX I have ever seen
Super disappointed. For a paid app, the user interface is terrible. And it doesn’t even have the new comet on there that’s being talked about in the news, c/2022 e3.

My only complaint is when I want to change my settings for this app, I cannot. It seems if you made a wrong choice the first time you set up the app, you are stuck with it forever. 😔

Don’t know why Star Chart isn’t the most popular astronomy app around. I’ve used it for years. I try others, but always come back to the simple easy to use interface.

J’ai acheté cette application en 2014. Elle a quelques bugs ou décalages. Je l’utilise pour situer les constellations à regarder ou à photographier avec mon télescope. J’en ai essayé et payé d’autres qui se disent plus complètes mais elles en mettent plus (+) pleins les yeux qu’autres choses. A acheter les yeux fermés 😉
