Glitchy. On-screen tutorials WHILE you’re playing the game.
I loved Galaga as a kid. I was enjoying my first game, when it got really laggy and unresponsive. While trying not to get blown up, I saw that an insipid character was giving me tips on-screen.
Attention programmer: Have a REAL tutorial before game play begins, or PAUSE the match if you want to point out something. Until you do so, the game is too aggravating to play.
If my wife ever got in my face while I was driving, I’d literally throw her out of the car, while we were still going down the road. And I LOVE my wife!

Money hungry developers
This app is a rip off!! The developers are only after your money. The game is rigged and you can’t get upgrades. The developers are more than happy to take your money and run. Then they will ignore you when you complain. Apple should be sued for allowing apps to take advantage of their customers!! Class action anyone?! Apps like this are why I will no longer be an Apple customer, not to mention that Apple hates freedom and that’s why they have Chinese slave labor assemble their phones

Sad
This game rips you off and they don’t fix’s problems with the game and doesn’t give you stuff back. I lost 51 points in PVP but both players lost when I won.
Its fun while it works but crashes.
I played the tutorial and it was fun I have a good feeling about this game. But sadly after the tutorial the game no longer works. It just straight up kicks me right from to the home screen. Until then I’m having it uninstalled. Please fix this so I can play😸
One issue
Recently, it has started acting up. It keeps making all the targets disappear and stay stuck on the screen with me shooting at nothing. Other than that… I love it. But if it keeps persisting… I’m going to have to delete it, for it will be no purpose in it taking up space in my phone if I cannot play the game.

Pink screen?
Why is the screen pink when I play Surging Tides? There is a pink wave that falls from the top of the screen & stays there the entire round for every stage.
Even in the other challenges, the additional items that you collect for the prize boxes at the end of the challenge, have a pink background to them.
It’s distracting; please fix this. It’s only in this app that I experience this so it’s not my iPhone 13

Few Upgrades & will drain your $
Expensive to upgrade and they’ll never give you much for your money. Don’t play it unless you’re a millionaire.
Used to be fun
This used to a fun game but has gotten so buggy it’s unplayable. I’d write more, but just read what everyone else is saying.
Fun when it works - game’s a little buggy
I’m not sure what’s up, but the game play is buggy. Sometimes I’ll shoot all of the spaceships but then I don’t advance to the next level, as if the game can’t recognize that all of the targets have been hit. I tried playing against another player and none of the ships I was shooting at blew up. It’s crazy. I hope this gets fixed because it’s a really fun game when it does work.

IPhone users are left out of the events
IPhone users are left out of the events and now it won’t even let me finish the normal levels either. I keep looking for an update from the developers to fix this but nothing yet. I’m about to give up on this game. It’s a shame cause it could be a really great game.
Locks up iPhone
Every time I see an ad for this game it locks up my iPhone and requires a reboot.

Things got so bad for IOS users they had to create a news game called star force. It has never worked right. You dump lots of money into it to advance and then you don’t get to play the special events.
Every time they fix something two other things go wrong. It used to be great. Now it’s a waste of time and money. You can’t play the special events which is critical because that’s the only time certain ships get upgraded.
The PVP game rarely works right. It’s impossible to win now. You get slowed down and others with less power blow right past you. It’s not fair
The worst part is, they ignore you when you ask a question about what is going on. I think they need all new software guys. Can you imagine Amazon or apple being this dysfunctional?
On Thursday Facebook page people are screaming for answers and zero response from admin or developers.
It’s really a shame, and embarrassing.

Worst customer service
-Emails and social media messages to the developer largely are ignored. They simply don’t care.
-Developer doesn’t have a competent iOS team as they can’t get the app to work with monthly events.
- PVP is very unbalanced.
- Don’t spend money on this app for crystals. You aren’t guaranteed any value to their usage.

The keys, jewelry and money videos it’s not working
Used to be great
But as many reviews have said, they don’t fix anything iOS related in a timely manner. They don’t compensate those of us who enjoy the game daily yet are not able to play many events. They won’t get more than 2 stars until they make it fair to all devices. Even if Apple is the problem overall they could make it so iPhone users were not so disappointed.

Love the game but devs cheat iOS users.
iOS users have gotten the short end of the stick since September. I used to win most pvp matches. Now due to losing out on so many events I keep losing even with the best ship. There is no compensation for fully missing events where others get skins. Once the game came back to the App Store we got to play one event. Now the new event we are cut out of with no explanation.
