I have a problem is that I try to connect my Facebook account with the video game but I get an error sign saying that the app is not active or something like that I have tried on several cell phones and the same thing happens please I need a solution to this problem thank you

Why can’t I compete in fashion competition?I really like star girl .I play this game since I was 10. I miss this game . But WHY can’t I compete and I try to connect with Facebook and can’t also connect can’t get friends that is so sad. Anyway I still play this game 🥰.

I have so much money saved up on my original account and would definitely like to put that to use with other apps. If I have an option to sign in, I should be allowed to sign it. Please fix this bug..

I used to play this game when I was younger and decided to start playing again and it’s still really fun but the things is that both the “Star Club” and “Fashion Competition” are completely not accessible. “Fashion Competition” doesn’t even give you an option to open it anymore and “Star Club” will not for life of me let me sign into face book or put in another players ID code in order to add friends which is what you need to enter “Star Club”. And the thing is that what makes it so your able to get enough coins to actually buy anything is completing the tasks it gives you and the task I’m on right now is that I have to go into the “Star Club” which it literally won’t let me do and I have to do that task to get to other ones after it so I’m pretty much stuck here until they update the game and fix it (if they ever do). I love this game just I wish it would actually work like it’s supposed to.

Star Girl is officially broken.
I’ve played this game since its release, and I’ve always loved it. Back when I was younger there were a bunch of bugs no matter the device, but I never really cared. A year ago I started playing again on my iPad and starting to get the hang of how it was meant to be played again. I got a new one this Christmas since let’s face it, iPads don’t always last very long. Now I’m trying to play again, downloading each version of the game to find one that works, and none of them do. I’m doing all I can to level up and log in to facebook, and do that thing where it makes you download more content and add friends and such, but I can’t find any solutions. An error screen pops up everytime I try to log into my facebook account and when I go to the carnival to download that extra content and participate in the pageant, nothing happens. I click and click on the button, and nothing. I’ve always loved this annoyingly buggy game, I really hate not being able to play it.

Thank you for making this game. I remembered back gosh - it feels like what, 10 years ago? When I first got an iPhone there was a model life game exactly like this. I was determined to find it. I went through all my downloads until I found the game - I can no longer play it in this version. I was devastated. This game was great. I wanted to play so bad.
Then finally I found this on the game store! Thank you for bringing back this game. The nostalgia hit me. New and improved- wonderful game play.

great game but please fix the promotion problem. everytime i try to buy posters to promote myself when i enter a pageant contest it never works.

I love love this game it’s fun I like it I’ve been playing it for a few years now but Can you guys fix what’s going on with the promoting newspapers because every time that I Amber a beauty pageant well what for promote can you guys fix what’s going on with the promoting newspapers because when i enter the beauty pageant and when i want to promote myself it doesn’t let me it keeps loading and loading and the same thing goes to when i want to save my progress it takes soo long but if the developer can please fix that issue please i would be really great full but besides that i love love lovee this game

problematic
the game keeps crashing when it got updated recently. It keeps telling me to download its newest content but it crashes during the middle of playing and it restarts itself and deletes everything i just did.
beauty pageant not working??
whenever i try to enter a beauty pageant it doesn’t load and none of the promotions pop up, it has been like this for a week. is my game broken?
Award bar only goes up to 83%
I got all the awards for actress but the singer and model jobs only ever go up to 83% and then back down to 0%. I always do the highest one (16hr job and 20hr job) Most items are now diamonds which is a bit infuriating because the only way to get that much is by in game purchases and that makes the game less fun.
