Cannot add music
This product would be really really great if the music function let you add your own music like mp3 audio as it is advertised, otherwise works well
Not able to play music, please help
I can’t use the music option in the app as it has only 3 tracks as default. I’m not able to load any of my tracks or syn Spotify to it.
No instructions, but not that difficult to figure out
If you push the button up in the upper left-hand corner with the three lines, it should open a menu with devices that it finds, connect every one of them even if they’re not available and temp everyone that pops up and connect to what’s available, you can operate it just fine…

Lights are great
I bought 2 sets of lights. Remote controls not working, probably the battery are dead. I installed app. It connects 2 sets and they are working synchronized. App need to be improved. + - buttons of brightness and speed not responding. To connect your devices turn them on, then in app press left top corner “3 lines” and the search icon. It should find you device

No instructions
The lights actually are nice but the instructions they’re just not there you download the app. It does not give you instructions on how to set up the lights are if you can add multiple strands of lights I bought it in a set where it has 200 lights, but it does not show how to attach the two sets it will only set up one set.

Schedule doesn’t work
You can schedule for them to be turned on and off at a certain time, but the schedule doesn’t work. It doesn’t do anything to the lights and just disappears.
Instructions needed
I love having adjustable options that go beyond the physical remote that’s included. But I need to know if I can put this on a multicolor setting that doesn’t change/move. Can this be done? Multicolor, solid, like a Christmas light string.
Can’t connect lights
I bought a set of led strip lights that are app controlled with this app. There’s no instructions on how to connect the app and the lights. Useless.
Crashed
App worked really well when first downloaded now it will not connect also Bluetooth doesn’t find lights
