I have been using this apps since 3 years now and I have many money inside but suddenly since last week I can’t access my account again said my profile failed to load even I sign out and try login. Again same issue I can’t access my account again I email them they never bother to reply email . After I have suffer to patient to invest many money inside acct now suddenly they doing this . I dont know what going on but whatever maybe you reading my comment please I want my account back and my money inside please

Log In Failure
I've been using this app since the very beginning it was released, until three days ago when the app refused to let me log in. Log in name and password still same but it loads and loads and loads and doesn't log in.
I cleared the cash mem, reseted my phone and did all instructions as recommended but it doesn't help.
So I emailed to the technical support but they do not respond any of my emails.

I have been mining star for over 3 years and have quite a bit saved up. Now the app won’t even load, just crashes on open. It’s sad to see people using the guise of a new cryptocurrency project with the intention of never coming to fruition. They make the money they can and then bail on their community. Shame.
