Good customer svc
In the past we have been members at two of the largest credit unions in Austin, Texas, and over the past 20 years, we have had many issues such as unauthorized money withdrawals from our account, credit card charge mistakes, and poor customer service. Star of Texas Credit Union isn't perfect, but in my opinion, they are much better than the larger institutions.

Great improvements
Touch ID and facial recognition have made the app easier to use. More stable, not randomly crashing.

Disappointed
From using your app, I will say that I am disappointed. I am blind and there are many buttons that are not labeled properly. This is important because this institution has many blind clients. Accessibility was not taken into consideration
