I have tried over and over and nothing!!! How can one redeem their star points if this OR the reg way doesn’t help?

Hello I have tried to open this app for months and it just opens and closes everytime I try to open it, when are y’all going to fix it!!!
App Crashes
App crashes every time I open it. I’ve deleted and downloaded it again, tried all the things, nothing works.
Spinning
I cannot get this app to open. I have downloaded it about 5 different times, Restarted my phone, tried WiFi on/wifi off, and I sign in and the little wheel just spins.
