Too may glitches

Too many bugs and glitches. Whole sections of the game are inaccessible now, and no sign of a fix. Very frustrating, as you will need to invest time to get to the enjoyable part of the game, then the glitches will lock you out. It could be an excellent game, but it will just let you down.

Needs an update badly

PVP and team battles no longer work and haven’t for at least a week. When pressed, it pops up saying “need to download updates.” Fine. Press yes. Restarts. Then nothing changes. I have emailed several times to no response. If fixed, will change review.

Frustrated

This is the second time now the game has told me I have to do critical upgrades to do the shop or pvp and that. But no way to update. Tried reinstalling game same problem. The only way could get it to work before was defeat all save data and everything but don’t want to start from scratch yet again. So careful playing because game might just stop working for you.

All hands: abandon ship!

Looks like major parts of this game have stopped working. It was a nice run.

Fun game but it stopped working

Yeah, the game is pretty fun. Only thing is after playing it for a few days and advancing quite a bit. It basically started throwing errors like it needed to update but then it would go to the title screen and just basically not stop working.

Response from developer

Hello! We're sorry to hear you're experiencing issues with the game. Please contact us at startreklegends@tiltingpoint.com. We would be happy to assist you!

Game is offline

Online features, including PvP, Quark’s Store and Survival game are all currently inaccessible. In addition, about 20 characters have been vanished from the game this week.

Dev sends automated responses to help requests but no follow up / support beyond that. Looks like Tilting Point has abandoned this game / switched off their servers, which is a shame.

Broken

I was enjoying the game till a bug creeped in and the online portion of the game seems to be broken

Cannot update bug has returned

This needs to be fixed. What’s the point of playing?!

Stuck

I was enjoying it but ive been stuck in a loop

The game broke

I put in a ticket but it was instantly and automatically closed without help. Every time I try to play PVP or events or Survival I get a message that I need to download an update which I hit yes. The game reloads and the same thing happens over and over. Please advise on what I can do. Many thanks.

Critical updates failing

Great game. Loved it. Got to level 99 for a few weeks and then critical updates started failing. I’ve been stuck in a loop where I restart the app but the updates don’t take. I can’t access PVP, store, alliances and event. Deleting and reinstalling don’t work. Support isn’t solving the issue.

App wants permission to update and then doesn’t update

I was enjoying the game for a long time. This new bug started a week ago. It happens with the in game shop, pvp, and alliance battles. Rebooting the phone, WiFi or cellular, new save games, reinstalling the game no help. It’s sad that this might not be fixed.

Game won’t update

This game isn’t too bad but now I’m having issues with it. It won’t let me do some things cause it needs to be updated and when I hit yes it won’t update so I gave 2 stars for the game.

Glitchy

Glitchy game even when reset

Will not update

Game will not update. Store for ingame items and PvP is no longer available.

Houston we have another problem

Keeps crashing; can’t play PvP anymore

Blehh.

Too many bugs.

Amusing but opaque and glitchy

This is amusing if you're a trekkie. It's fun to fight with characters from all the shows. However, it's very grindy and repetitive, with the saving grace being 4x speed and an auto combat mode. I doubt I'll stay interested for long. Stats are too opaque, plus I've lost both gear upgrades and mats for unclear reasons. I can't even tell whether I did something wrong or encountered a bug. Survival mode sucks because the characters are random, not ones I want to work on. It takes a long time to get to the opportunity to reset too. PvP seems to be battles against another player's team run with AI, not a lobby with actual PvP. The game is included with Arcade so there's nothing to lose playing for a while, but don't expect anything too engaging.

Nostalgia

This game contains many objects from episodes that no longer exist. The Croft background from mid 70’s cartoons is a good one for us old trekkies. The Caliban sitting there. Those Klingon long barrel pistols were retired around the time the bloopers aired. The Russian base was seen on 60 minutes also in 1974, I believe, paristroika. The jungle was burned on TV, shots shown in other content that wasn’t Star Trek like National Geographic. Those shots of those farms were also probably in Russia, those silos were also on 60 minutes. Nice nostalgia.
