I’m going to be as short as possible.What is the point of the adds that don’t work, are for clear scams , and generally clearly not for the audience that plays this game. Really.

Love this game. Just give me some time to earn some money in real life too, so that I could at least pay you especially if I could start my own business. I understand that you want me to play more and more, but the extra time that you require is more possible if you give me time to figure out a way to get my financial at least OK in a country that isn’t free. It is a great game and you should have confidence about it. So as to other good games.

The worst game ever spent hundreds of dollars for it to freeze up and reset everything
New legal gives rights to your pictures and can track your online activity
Unless you want to lose the hundreds you invested in the game, you have to decide if it’s worth giving your browsing history, pictures and other personal information to be sold outright to anyone. Took my favorite game to the worst for the end user personal data safety.
Game has become a money grab
Loved this game but lately every event they do you need to pay for something to compete the event. Not worth it anymore.
Some work needed
3 star microchip drop change is 5/5 yet 15+ tries and not a single drop. Broken. One QoL improvement recently and so many more needed. Many characters constantly added. Not enough crew slots you will need to pay to not lose.
Amazing tech support
I have played this game for a while now, and I’ve never run into any serious problems. It’s really fun to play and collect cards and ships . I did have an event not complete for me even though I did complete it. The support team is amazing they got to me quickly an made sure that I was taken care of. I highly recommend this game to people as even if you have an issue, support will take care of you in a timely manner.

Star Trek: Support Ticket
There is not a single day that goes by in this game that I don’t file a support ticket for some basic feature that failed. The reasons are as vast in number as grains of sand in the ocean. To their credit, support usually replies and gives you something. And if you look at reviews, 99% of complaints are met with this solution. But come one, guys. This is not a beta. It’s a ten year old game and literally not one feature in the entire thing works reliably. The only thing the game devs care about is the rate at which they can rip your wallet off. Prices are downright criminal. But even with that, you cant even be bothered to present a product that even works. If you love trek, avoid this like you avoid everything this franchise has done for the last 10 years.

I spent $4.99 on a one time pack, for 1701 dilithium or whatever the offer was. It ate my money immediately and I have yet to get what I paid for. I’m about to get a refund since yall ain’t giving what I paid for. Also gonna delete the game because that’s some bs. I shouldn’t have to deal with that. Neither should anyone else

The best game that captures the Star Trek experience
Highly recommended. I have been playing this game for many years and I’m still having fun with it. It captures the experience of the TV shows and puts it into a game which is genuinely Star Trek, not just a skin on cloned game mechanics. There are new and improved features regularly, the support from the developers is first class, and there’s a thriving community just ready to help and support. Yes there are competitive modes but there is no destroying of bases which so many games have, no buying of shields, instead the fun is in building and developing your crew and ships, and the missions and events you send them on. Personally I’m happy to be patient and there are plenty of free crew and resources that are available every month, you do not need to spend money and I have spent little over the years. I even have a second Timelines account which I have spent absolutely zero on and still have fun with that one too.

Good. Update: I have limited time to play and I don’t want you to think that I am not interested as it is very irregular playing time. So I would play more when I have more time and occasionally if the event is too charming I would play irregularly, so just don’t think too much. So as to other games.
Just in a country that isn’t free and get some emergencies so temporarily I wouldn’t reinstall it on this device as I had to meet things like without being able to protect unless I could get my bypassing ways like before. This account is monitored still if I just have to go check it directly since it isn’t easy to find a way currently to bypass like before in recent weeks. So you know why.

Not accessible anymore
Great game if you enjoy endless pop ups, garbage chat function, the tedium of a broken slot machine, unattainable goals, throwing money away, and being ripped off while watching keyloggers score high points. This game has been ruined.
They continually say that their anti cheating methods work, but the winners score points that are mathematically impossible if you aren’t a bot. They cater to their cheating whales. If you don’t pump money into it, you’ll never rank and it gets super dull.
They have now added a “cheating” check function that is impossible if you are visually or physically impaired. This whole game is accessibly easy to play, but I keep getting kicked out of events because I can’t place a puzzle piece exactly perfectly, an entirely different skill than the game play requires. They again say it’s working as intended as the top players score impossible numbers for an actual human.

Love this game!
I’ve been playing this game since 2018. It is really fun and I love the people I’ve met along the way. The recent update is great except I have one little thing I don’t like too much. The rewards flash on the screen and I wish there was a way that you could skip them or make it go faster. I realize this is a new update. It’s not a big deal but just my opinion. I feel like it’s a lengthy claim. I enjoy my time by playing not claiming.

The beam in animation
The unskipable beam in animation is game breaking-ly stupid. Nobody asked for it, especially when it slows down progress in an event. Drop that garbage and make some player quality of life improvements.
Entertaining
I downloaded this in 2016 and have played every day since. It's fun, artistically pleasing and the writers clearly respect the source material. It can take a while to level up, but worth the time.
Disappointing
Been playing for some time, it’s ok as best you need to pay to get anything and there are a few problems that don’t seem to get fixed and when you tell them they give you a token credit. There are better games out there
