Same ol issues
Not sure why literally every time I go to access my account the bio metrics are turned off and I need to enter my password and of course my password doesn't work and I need to reset it. Literally. EVERY SINGLE time. This has been an issue since having this account.

This app is very frustrating
I have to have my login reset every single time I want to use the app. I set up face login and the next day it doesn't work... I verified my account number and user name, but app says, literally every single time, qthey they aren't correct and it cannot verify my identity. I hate this app sooooo much. I never use it because it just makes me angry and I'm tired of resetting everything everytime I need to access it.

Don’t fix it if it isn’t broken
There was nothing wrong with the previous version. Now every single time I try to log in it immediately says error before I can even enter my information. Ridiculous.
Worse App for banking ever
Have had the app for a year now. Glad FaceID has finally been supported, but why a password is needed to trxfr money between an acct to a loan after I’m already in the app is beyond me. Passwords are great if doing outside trxfr, but this is impossible. And then locked and have to call the bank to reset instead of being able to online??? WORSE BANKING APP EVER!!!!

Forced Updates and Crashes
I just downloaded this app a couple weeks ago. It’s frustrating being forced to update the app just to view your account info, especially in a low data coverage area with no access to WiFi. I actually just updated the app and now it crashes at start no matter what!
Infuriating app
I have to set up my Touch ID and reset my password to do it every time I want to log in!!!! Literally every single time!!! Hate it
App keeps crashing
I downloaded this App thinking it would be so perfect but here I am complaining about this freaking app, it keeps crashing after I login I couldn’t do anything on the app No Transfer, No Mobile Deposit, No bill pay, No Balance Check. I’m done
Good start, needs improvement.
Please support Touch ID. I hate repeated logins with complicated password on mobile devices. Billpay doesn't work for me...says I don't have any accounts setup for billpay. I use the website billpay all the time.
