Photo ops and autographs in My schedule
Please make it possible to easily add my photo ops and autographs to “my schedule” and set reminders for them
Useless as 6 digit link code isnt emailed.
Downloaded the app but can’t link it to tickets to actuvate app, as the link code required to set up the app doesnt arrive.

Just a mess. Disney should take over this convention.
Just to echo most of the other reviews. It was impossible to link QR codes from emails. It was also impossible to enter lightning lanes to go see most of the popular exhibits. I thought that after reviews from years ago that the app would be improved but it really is terrible. The tech support could also not help fix. Disney, please take over the logistics of this convention, Reed Pop really dropped the ball.

Very disappointed
This is my first and last Star Wars celebration unfortunately due to a very unorganized app and event. Everything on the app said coming soon during the event and never became available. Event was poorly ran. I accomplished two signature all day…

QR Scanner still not working
We’re now 2 days into the 4 day event and the required QR scanner to link your badge to your account to make panel reservations and more is still not working! This is crazy fix this problem already!!
Calling it a dumpster fire would be a compliment
Once again ReedPop has both mismanaged their event as well as their app. I want to say I’m surprised but this sub-garbage company has consistently set the bar so low that I am not. One star is far too generous for a company that can’t handle the bear minimum. Often test pages will show up, the app crashes consistently, the app kicks you to the homepage when you attempt to link your badge, etc. Dumpster fire app, for a dumpster fire company that is once again running a dumpster fire of an invent.

Horrible app support
The convention starts tomorrow. Still unable to scan my badges QR code to link the badge to my account. No support options.
QR scanning doesn’t work which makes the app worthless
How exactly am I supposed to otherwise sign up for events and queues and whatnot when the app is REQUIRED but DOES NOT FUNCTION??? Of course there’s no help either. No customer service. No way to submit a but report. Happy to know I’m wasting all this money on Celebration without actually being able to attend panels and the like.

Badge scanner
Badge scanner does not work. Uninstalled and reinstalled several times and it did not work despite customer support directly telling me that would fix it
Won’t sync badge
Doesn’t do what advertised. Can’t sync my badge and refuses to scan it
Still really buggy
I can’t believe after all these years they haven’t figured this out yet. This year’s issues so far; can’t link badges, when you click on a program to “favorite” it, it favorites a different one, maps aren’t loaded (might be too early) and no app support to report bugs in the app.

This app and all the queuing was a mess enough to ruin a lot of plans, mine included. The retail queue failed ON MY TURN. Ugh. Do better.

The app will not allow us to scan the QR code of our activated badges to be able to access Lightspeed Lane reservations when they become available.
