Did not receive an in game item paid for with cash
I have played and lived this game for years with zero issues. Until this past week when I bought something called an “episode pass”. I bought this on their website which you can access for extra rewards and purchases separate from the AppStore. I’ve made purchases like this before, however this one I was never awarded the product in which I bought. So like anyone probably would, I contacted their support team. Which they then asked for a screenshot of proof that I thought this item. So I gave them exactly that. They then never replied again to me. I sent probably about 20 messages before I finally got a reply a day later from a different member of the support team. And what did they ask me for? Another screenshot. Sure I was happy to oblige. Then they did not respond and I again sent a bunch of messages hoping to get their help. Two days later, I get a reply from yet another person from the support team, this is now three different people mind you. And what did they ask for? Another screenshot. I gave it. And what am I doing now? Waiting so far two days for their reply. And do you think they will get back to me? I don’t think so. I believe another person from support will yet again ask for a screenshot today or tomorrow. And this will never be resolved for me, so I’m out $20. So DONT MAKE IN GAME PURCHASES!!! Save yourself the time and money they will drain out of you. I sadly will have to go through my bank to get a refund as they aren’t even letting me open up another support request. I’m stuck on this same request every time I open the help tab. With different team members in and out. THANKS CG!

I love Star Wars and I am a big Ahsoka fan. They have almost all the characters and almost every variant. I also love Star Wars Rebels and they have all my favs from the show. I love this game and I play it every day. The battle locations are incredible and the animation is amazing. May the Force be with you.

I love this game I’ve been playing for close to 4 years now. It’s a fun slow progression type game with frequent updates and lots to do. Plus, it’s Star Wars!

Pay to win and there’s nothing to do.
There are many modes to play on here don’t get me wrong, the thing is almost none of these modes have the to option to casually play with your team. To sum up the experience any mode or event that you play, you’re either too powerful for the enemies which makes it boring such as campaign mode. Squad arenas have the option to use your personal team but give you teams that are way too overpowered to win.
The game overall just feels pretty limited, it seems like it focuses more on making money from players rather than actual gameplay enjoyment.

Era Battle Money Wall
New Era battles really fun until I get a boss down 99% of its health but the developers decided I’m not spending enough money maxing out my characters so the boss insta kills my fully healed team or just stops taking damage altogether. Absolutely scummy.

Best starwars game since original kotor on Xbox .. I have been playing this game since December 2016 . And I’m still going strong ..
now the only down side is
you can be free to play ,,
but if you really wanna compete you gotta spend money ..

Ruined by Darth Jar Jar
The game was great for a long time, but now it keeps getting worse, adding new characters that aren’t even wanted like Darth Jar Jar. Nobody liked Jar Jar Binks and nobody wants a Darth Jar Jar Binks. Why is this character even in the game? I’ve spent many many years building my roster to find out this game is just a joke???
