What activation code ?
I can’t use this there is no prompt to use this I can’t use this app there is no code I’m giving to activate this
It works but one nitpick
The app works as it should and the 100 cc a month for having it installed is also great but my nitpick and my 4/5 is because you have to put in the key every time you have to log in which can get VERY annoying. My question is why can’t it be a one time key unless im logging in on another pc? I just feel like the second password/key thing is really unnecessary for every login

Do not use
This is not the auth app any more. When activate online you need Google Authenticator to setup, delete this from app store
Logs out without warning
Thought this would help with the annoyance of having to wait for one time passwords, but it logged me out without warning so now I can’t login or get my activation code again.

Only thing I'd suggest is a linked iWatch app to have on my watch.
Good app
As some reviews say, sometimes it will just ask you for your confirmation code, which made me think I might be locked out of my account, but just closing the app and starting it again fixed that for me.

Don’t bother setting up a security key
Do not set up a security key unless you have the patience to enter in your activation code every other day because the app consistently forgets that information. This app hasn’t been properly updated in years either so save yourself from removing the key after a week.
Relaunching the app wipes my security key
The app does NOT save my activation code for more than 24 hours, forcing me to remove the security key via the website and do it all over again - why are we forced to use this obsolete app when other 2FA apps exist!
Keeps resetting
About once per week the app"resets", requiring me to remove the key from my account and readd it. I've tried removing the app from my phone and reinstalling to no avail.
Worked for a year then suddenly stopped
One day it just stopped working like it tells me the number It’s giving me is wrong and I can’t log in to my account
Activation Key keeps getting deleted by phone or app
I don’t know why but the app or the phone itself keeps deleting the activation code and I am sick and tired of re-downloading the app and re-assigning it on my account.
Security key not working
I am having same problem. Activated security first day with no problems, next day the key doesn’t work and requires calling customer service on a day off to remove key and deactivate the app. Con at connect today to play on my day off, because it’s is customer service day off:(
Keeps Resetting

Scam
This is a scam because one day when I went to login to my account it says I lost that security key and I can’t disable it because it need a security key from the app. Complete Garbage
Issue
Works great. However, frequently you find yourself stuck on the authenticating page. I see people complaining about this. Simple fix. Just close app fully and reopen. Fixes issue every time. Developers should fix the bug though.
Never saves code
I have to reinput the activation code every single time I open the app. It’s not good.

App deauthorizing since update. Please update the app.
Waste of time.
I set it up. I use it. I play the game. Next time I log in it’s back to authenticate and I have to removed the device from my account and add it again. Every time. Yes I know what I’m doing. It won’t stay linked to the account. Takes 30 min of foddering every time I want to log in. Just skip it and buy a physical one.

Great Tool.
It’s an amazing tool, with the extra security to need these days to avoid account theft. It also gives you free 100 cartel each month, just for using; I’ve had this since it’s launch and I love it.
However, since the last update you have to reactivate it daily, which at first was annoying but I found a simple fix.
Once you have the issue, add the activation key to the notes app on your iPhone. Then when it asks you just copy/paste the code, and the tool gives you access. It’s a ten second fix.
I’m sure it will be fixed soon, but until then use this, and may the force be with you all.
