Will not let me sign in
I can sign in my browser on my phone and laptop fine but not this app. No matter what email or password I use it won’t let me in.
Crashes
Started to do coffee master 300, I was on the last section and it crashed. Now I am unable to open it at all. It wasn’t easy to navigate to start with, still persevered until it allowed me to. Not a quality app, expected more
Crashes too much
It crashes, I uninstall it, reinstall it and it’s stil blank, no sign in page, no anything. Just a wallpaper. Very Frustrating when I’ve set aside the time to do these classes.

this app is completely broken, it won’t even get past the home screen before crashing. how on earth am i supposed to become a coffee master if i can’t do the coursework required
Used to be decent
I used to be a partner. I used this app when I was training to be a coffee master. It was truly convenient (at that time) for the quizzes and having access to the courses. Now that I revisit the app, it doesn’t even load the sign in page. It seems that they completely abandoned the app entirely when it could’ve stayed as useful tool for partners and customers alike.

Troubleshooting
At first it kept signing me out and deleting my data now it just wont open for me at all the app is downloading but when i click it it opens and closes right out
Worst app I've ever used
extremely buggy and it utilises cookies in an atrocious manner… if your wifi acts up and fails to load a page containing embedded HTML, for instance with cards, the weird quizzes in greener apron, or videos, it will never load that page again unless you delete those cookies.. which usually means deleting the app and signing back in. which also sometimes prevents you from loading entire courses and i have had to do it 3 times today just to finish one course and start 2 others.
it’s also worth mentioning that there are a lot of videos on here that have actually been removed from youtube and as such are no longer available to watch, it’s clear the app has not received any maintenance at all for years

Good information Terrible design
While the courses offer great education. It is very clear that minimal effort was put into designing the APPs User Interface.
For this reason, I’m choosing to use the website over the APP.

The course selection is awesome, but I can’t take advantage of it if none of the courses will load :/
consistent crashing
i’m CONSTANTLY having to delete and redownload my app because of crashing issues. As someone who’s getting paid by this company to use this app on company time it’s very frustrating when i can’t due to these technical issues that have apparently been going on for a year or longer. With the coffee master courses being rolled out again throughout the country and rapidly at that please fix the bugs

App does not open
Every time I go to open the app, it quits automatically before it opens. This has been happening for months, and it doesn’t look like it will be fixed anytime soon.

Quite Literally Unusable
Can’t access courses, freezes when I click anything but the Home Screen, can’t do ANYTHING on the app. What a disappointment.
It was good for awhile but not so much now
It keeps crashing and freezing I haven’t been able to use the app in months. So I’m forced to use my laptop but it’s not convenient to whip out my laptop every time I wanna do a course during my 10 or 30 at work

Completely Non-Functional
This App literally doesn’t work in even the most basic sense. Do anything and it freezes.
Stupid and disappointing
Was able to download the app, create an account and download my first course fine. Since then, I haven’t been able to open a single course it just freezes the app. Very frustrating and annoying. Just want to learn my Starbucks and grow my career knowledge.

I was exciting to start my Starbucks coffee academy but unfortunately this app keeps freezing and crashing every time I try to start my courses. I’ve tried reinstalling and refreshing but this app just doesn’t seem to work at all. Disappointing
Been broken for a while and no one is fixing it
Whole app has been down for over a month now and they haven’t fixed the issue. As soon as you log in the screen freezes and no amount of deleting and reloading or switching on and off fixes it. If they really want people to use the app and take part, maybe check in every once in a while to make sure it’s working?
