Worst food and beverage app
Kept being loaded and eventually not working. This is the worst app and I believe many users are going through the same with me. Why don't you make it better...??

Throw an error 403 ALL DAY EVERYDAY
I've NEVER been able to save a single branch as favorite, the app takes FOREVER to load not to mention the glitches. Either management is extremely incapable; or they are sleeping with the app developers/ contractors. THERE'S NO OTHER WAY.

I just ordered my first order on this app, and it’s taking more than 20 mins to confirm the order but it already took money out of my gift card…it says the order is still pending?? what?

Double charging
Ordering my first drink issue. When it gets charge of my credit card and loaded the amount, it just kept loading. After a while it shown the payment screen again, I paid. It just double paid eventually. The app doesn’t have any help page to contact so I left a review here and hope them to check

I don’t understand why a coffee app need to constantly and automatically log out? And the password setting rule is too strict . Every time I try to visit a store I ll forget password. And embarrassed to stand and wait to reset password.

Slowest ordering app in Hong Kong
As the title stated that it is the slowest app for mobile order. It took me more than 3 minutes to order a latte with 4 bars signal. I am a gold star member for many years and only thing that is disappointing about Starbucks is this app. The loading time feels like I am in the 90s using a 56k modem. And there is always an error while paying. Come on!

Rubbish membership app
Absolutely the worst app I’ve ever used. Every feature is a time-wasting nightmare—no matter what you select, it just spins endlessly without ever loading. Total frustration from start to finish.
Terrible app
The app takes ages to load, not responsive, drops connection frequently, and even after you order, it often gives an error in payment.
Terrible UI
Again in the store and wanted to use the app. Could load it. And as a user you get non stop kicked out and you need to re-login.
