Hidden fees: $7 a week
The second you open the app it immediately asks you for a subscription required and nowhere is that mentioned before downloading the app or in the instagram post that I installed this app after seeing in the first place. Starbucks is expensive enough as it is no way I’m paying $7 a week on top of that. I could literally like, you know, actually go to Starbucks and support tha baristas an extra time every week with that kind of money lol.
Maybe make the app ad supported and pay extra to remove ads instead

Disappointed….
Misrepresented. Misleading. Oblivious. Unaware. Thoughtless. And actually downright brash and presumptuous that anyone and everyone should and would want to pay for a subscription without being able to see any preview of what the subscriber has to look forward to, potential benefits from the subscription, even the basics of what the subscription offers versus not getting one. So having no clue there’s a subscription and money involved, you download the app and immediately are brought to a screen to pay for a subscription. A SUBSCRIPTION?!?! FOR WHAT?? I already have Starbucks rewards. No where from the Insta reel I found this to the App Store I downloaded it from did they mention a subscription or fee. Also no way to make sure you’re interested in what’s offered or in the app before giving up your money. It comes off self-serving and greedy. Most of all, it’s I’ll-mannered and tasteless because it comes off as another app/website/subscription you have to pay $6.99 WEEKLY for and one you’ll likely forget your paying while they are laughing all the way to bank taking our money!!!!

Good app
It’s nice that the experience in the app is ad-free, but there are Individuals who can’t afford or want to pay 10 dollars weekly for no ads. It would be ideally if the app could have ads and then an optional subscription for better drinks or no ads at a lower price.
