No stars being collected
Ordered multiple drinks from 2 different locations the past 2 ish months they ask to scan the app yet no points are being collected?!
Points collection didnât work
Signed up to the app. Bought a number of coffees, had the app scanned every time but no points. Logged in and out a dozen times but nothing. Waste of data provision.

Reinstallation issues abound!
Tried and tried again to reinstall the App to my new iPhone - ultra frustrated - gave up! Email input not visible when using keypad! Password reset continually freezes! As a long time user from the days of the International App you could use on holidays, USA, Spain, Germany etc - the UK App has always been pants! Donât waste your time!

Once more they are âupdatingâ the requirements to you use ârewardsâ from 130 to 150 just to get a basic coffee LOL. As if they are doing you a favour haha gaslighting at the minimum. Greedy piggy company deserves to go bankrupt.

triple stars on first order
on 3/8/26, it gave me a notification saying that iâd get 3x stars on my first order when i used my scanner
i did my first order using it today and spent ÂŁ6.40, and as the typical number of stars per pound is ÂŁ1=10âď¸, getting 3x i shouldâve gotten 196 stars. however, that is not the case and i only got 64 stars from my purchase.
it said on the notification that the offer was only valid up to seven days after it was sent; itâs only been 3.
iâve checked multiple times that the place i went to: st davidâs village hotel was not part of the list of exclusions.
some clarification on why it didnât work would be much appreciated.
but overall the app seems okay so far, but i am rather miffed regarding the false advertising.

Doesnât Work
Canât see menu without selecting a store. Can find my store but wonât let me select into it and then canât choose anything so I have to close down the app. Still doesnât work. Donât have any issues like this with any other apps.

I like Starbucks they make some great drinks and in shop they are nice people. However, you donât get that same treatment when you order online. Simply put I had tried ordering a hot chocolate 2 times and each time Iâve been given hot milk instead..wonât even be given a refund cuz apparently the order is the same when it clearly was not đhad photos and everything I felt really disrespected so wonât be ordering from there again.
