Love using the app but for an Americano there is only the option for a splash of milk. I like quite a lot of milk in it. Please could you add a few more options for amount of milk? X
Couldn't use rewards
When placing my order it wouldn't allow me to use my rewards for some reason I couldn't see where to click so had to pay š¤·āāļø

I come everyday as itās a nice store to sit and people watch. Lovely staff always friendly. A pleasure to visit
Great service
Twice now Iāve ordered my drink to another store but once i showed the store I was at they happily made me a fresh one I do like their coffee too actually itās happened at least 3 times now btw
Bad ordering system
There is no way to build a drink from scratch and there is few to choose from on the app. There are only really specific drinks that you have to overly customise to get what you actually want. Just a bad ordering system.
App doesnāt work!!
The app is set up and sends me regular emails but when scanned to collect points it tells the store there is an error!?!? Six drinks purchased and no stars collected. Store says it probably needs a payment card added. I donāt want to pay in the app!! Now itās stuck on the map feature. I deleted the app to reinstall but it wonāt reinstall!!! Lousy app all around!!

There is no menu in the app to add your rewards card, app keeps reporting āsomething went wrongā - no way to diagnose this or fix. App freezes.

Ice modification
Please bring back the option to select amount of ice when ordering of drink. This is one of the main reasons I stopped going to Starbucks as pre-ordering online is no longer convenient and Iām always in a rush

Pointless App
Main use being if I dare add any food to an order the staff are never aware meaning I have to call them as theyāre serving to let them know I order food and have to provide proof. Times Iāve just left my food rather than waste time getting there attention to go through it all.
Also when the stores busy mobile orders seem to be less priority and forgotten about whilst there are customers lining up, meaning youād be quicker waiting in a long line of customers.

Hard to navigate. No receipts
Itās amazingly hard to select items compared to what it should be. For over two months the receipts arenāt available.
