Very basic app, looks like designed in 2015
This app is very basic and dated. It’s 2026, why isn’t there a Face ID support? It takes 15 touches to create new pre-approval request. Why isn’t there a single click to renew expired approval? Why do I have to go through 15 touch interactions to renew an expired pre approval? Pre approval notification has expiring misspelled as expuring.

Error
I look to open this app and when I look to submit a trade request all there pops up is a blank white page and no matter how long I wait for it to load the page it does not.

“New trade request” screen shows nothing
Unnecessarily cumbersome and doesn’t support all trade types
If you are an occasional trader this will not be too much trouble. But for anyone who does a reasonable amount of trading it becomes very inefficient and can cost you money for lost trades
