Snappy but needs one thing
So this is very snappy. It loads fast and runs fast. Cleaner than TeamViewer and Chrome Remote Desktop. Would love to b able to move around some of the icons though. That pannel icon on ipad sits right on the X for a window thats open on PC... Definitely will use it more often than CRD now..
Sophos treats the installation as a PUP.. You will have to get it to ignore it. Dev might want to reach out to them.

Great remote
Good for simple tasks. Has good connection, latency and overall great UI. Extra advanced keyboard is nice as well. My daily remote app.

This is unparalleled the amount of features for it being free is amazing and it has very low latency

I’ve had this app for quite a while now and I use it daily. I have a high end pc at home but while I’m at work if I want to do something on my iPad or phone its very limited but using star desk, its like I’m on my pc at home. I don’t rate a lot of things but this I felt was worth taking the time. Absolutely love it. Just make sure that you have star desk set to auto start when your pc restarts I made that mistake once on a trip we lost power and I wasn’t able to access it after my pc restarted. Just have it start with windows and it will never be an issue.

원래 다른 방식으로 연결 할려고하면 깔아야할게 산더미인대 얜 컴터랑 기기에만 깔면 돼서 너무 편하고. 지연이 적은게 체감이됨 ㄷㄷ 암튼 너무 만족하면서 쓰고 있고. 불편한 점을 꼽자면 원격 wol이 안되는거 ㅠㅠ

App é quase bom, precisa atualizar o idioma e arrumar as instabilidade, desconecta sozinho e pra entrar depois é uma luta.

Frequently stuck on optimizing
If you’re just looking to check something via remote once every 20 minutes or so this is the way to go. However, if you change screen focus or close and try to reopen the app in that time you will be disconnected and stuck in an optimizing loop unable to connect until you close the app for more than 20 minutes.
Multi-monitor support is miss or miss. Sometimes it detects them early. Mostly the app is confused as to why someone would even bother having additional screens.
Shifting between touch screen and zoom functionality is unintuitive and the app will decide when it lets you utilize those controls.
Been using for several months. For it to work satisfactorily you need to ensure the window you want up is on your primary monitor, make sure you turn off touch controls or risk minimizing the window you want to work with, don’t rotate your phone, and make sure you have a plan to accomplish everything or be ready to remotely browse to answer a simple question otherwise try again in 20 minutes. So if you don’t mind being mildly frustrated, routinely setback, and asking yourself why did you leave your other monitors on…. 10/10 no notes. If you are quick to anger and just want things to work…. Maybe don’t.

Actually amazing
As long as you have stable connection, it runs really smoothly and this works for my PC and my laptop playing from my phone

他のセカンドディスプレイアプリを置換しうる存在
現在は有線接続が無いのでそこのみ一歩引いていますが、それ以外はアプリの完成度や接続性もいいと思います。

Okay, in all seriousness this remote control has (almost) all the right features you actually need whether for remote controlling a server pc or using the key mapping feature to make some mouse-locked games…playable. Not perfect, but there’s currently nothing better out there publicly besides like, Steam Remote Play.

Excellent app, both in terms of functionality and performance. I would only suggest adding Portuguese language support and a version compatible with the Amazon Fire TV Stick. It may work on newer models, but I tested it on the first-generation Fire TV Stick 4K and it was not compatible.
Support for smart projectors would also be greatly appreciated. Due to the app’s high streaming performance, it would be an excellent solution for transmitting content from a PC to other screens with minimal or no noticeable delay.

Star Desk Review
This is the greatest remote control app in existence. I never have ever seen any app this smooth or fast. This literally supports native resolution and fps of ur monitor. So i can have 1440p 144 fps remote control no stutters or lag. Other apps stutter or lag a lot depending on how the network or quality is. But this one doesn’t especially when you’re exiting out of full screen of a chrome video it doesn’t freeze and doesn’t glitch ur audio out when you resume a video. Its literal perfection. Absolute respect to the devs of this masterpiece.
