Game keeps freezing in the middle of spins causing coins to be lost. Score is slow to calculate. When free spins are awarded, you have to count the spins instead of them being displayed. I’m waiting to see if my coin purchase for five days of coins actually works.
Disappointing
If I wasn’t a Boyd Rewards Member I wouldn’t even bother with this app. It’s great they have some of my favorite casino games on the app but the bonuses suck and don’t happen often. And I would love to know how I can log in to the app everyday and I get the same 625 credits in the rocket wheel bonus and that’s the lowest amount on this wheel! And really 300 free credit coins doesn’t do anything for any game you want to play. Some days the game will pay you out and then after that you lose all your coins and have to build up your bank again. And I been playing this game for years and I don’t think you earn tier credits at all. Not worth your time.

Well that was fun.
I had they enjoyed this app until the most recent update and they took away all of my favorite games. There has been an influx of slingo games which are practically impossible to earn on and all of the Konami games are also practically impossible to earn on except when you first try them. I think that is an enticement to keep playing but I avoid them as much as possible. It’s a game. Let people win more than occasionally, it does not cost you anything. I’ll probably play until my credits are gone, but it is not nearly as enjoyable anymore.

I thought I would join this social casino to help bump up my casino tier points on my Boyds rewards as it says it does. It does not!! I’ve spent every day on this game and haven’t received one Boyds point. Ive also purchased coins which is so dumb! Why spend money on coins that don’t get you real money?? Go to the real casino app. Also all of their casino games start at like 200 point bets and it never adds up correctly. Your points in the upper left may show you have 3000 points but while you’re playing the game only says you have 1500 and you end up only getting 7 spins. It makes absolutely no sense to me. The app is poorly thought out, confusing and does not do what it says it’s going to do. Do not waste your money and just go straight to the casino.

They use deceptive practices make you believe it’s a real sweepstakes casino, it’s not I accidentally deposited went through customer service send emails less than 20 min asking for refund and they denied it, their business model is to fool you into deposit, they are thieves

They do not provide you with enough free coins to start and daily free coupons barely covers one spin. I’m not going to to spend money in an app that doesn’t provide enough to start.

I don’t typically leave reviews for mobile apps, however with this particular one I feel like I need to. I like this app but
This type of casino game is cool because it actually has some of the nice games on the real online casinos but there’s one problem there’s not enough coins/ playing time!! I want to play more but the free coins you get every day might last a couple spins which is not long at all!
Awful, don’t waste your time
This is horrible. The ONLY good thing about it is the games are the same as the real casino. But it doesn’t matter because you barely get any coins, even when you spin the wheel at the very beginning you are lucky to get even 1,000 on the wheel. Most of the time it’s $625 or $750. You barely get to play. Maybe about 5 minutes and that’s being extremely generous. Winning is extremely rare and forget bonuses because if you’re lucky enough to get bonus spins you won’t win anything. I had actually hit for 100 bonus spins and I won maybe $5,000. Which in the app is basically Pennie’s. I mean, it’s fake money for crying out loud. This app can’t even let you win fake money? Seriously? I have yet to read a good review about it. All the reviews I have read gets a response from the developer offering free coins. That does absolutely nothing. How about actually do something about the problem. This is NOT the only app that has actual casino games. I’ll stick to those other ones as, they actually pay out.

The wheels, on pretty much all the games, stick or are sluggish to the point of doom. The Whale game is a joke in that the fourth column hardly ever fills in all the way. Free coins that are offered are not delivered to account when time to collect. All of this I have written to Support team about and get the same garbage about needing to delete and reinstall game. I have done this so many times that it’s ridiculous! It has ZERO positive results. Stardust was once one of the best free slots to play, but now - forget it! I mean, it may work if I want to constantly BUY coins, but then I could go to a casino and do that for real and probably have better luck!

Games not loading
Just loaded the app a couple of days ago. Everything was going pretty good then yesterday many of the games say error and won’t load. Hard to stay interested when wins are small and games are not loading.
