How long does this app take to get your information because it doesn’t do anything and just has you waiting like you’re dumb because you’re not getting your chart

⚠️Caution: The app asks for personal info to calculate your birth chart. It appears to connect to a database but doesn't deliver results, rather showing connection errors. Even reinstalling won't fix it. Should have read the plethora of reviews, warning about this same issue.

App continuously gets even my sun sign wrong with details I enter and admittedly apologizes for its error then goes about with the wrong information
