Glitching and slow
The app is very slow and it keeps glitching. As I try to follow Enhypen, another group pops up on my following list that is not Enhypen. It will also not allow me to vote and it’s very frustrating.

Server Error
I have got a big problem in using this app on my IOS. As soon as I log in, a white blank screen appear with "500 Internal Server Error" and I can't do anything.

I am having problems to log in with my social networks
I gotta admit the app is very easy to use and i wasn’t having problems at all until one month ago when for some reason I lost access using Apple to log in and then suddenly today I lost access using twitter to log in my accs... now I am afraid to lose access and starting all over again. Honestly if that happens I will be quitting for good using this app.

Can’t even load the app
I even uninstalled the app and installed it again and I can’t even load it. The app froze a lot, crashed, and was slow to begin with but the fact that I can’t even do anything on it now is annoying me.

Very frustrating app if collecting points by watching ads. It says unlimited but it definitely isn’t. They just stop loading. It also doesn’t give all the points when watching ads. I am currently sitting on a 50/50 ratio... not good for the amount of time spent and I’m sure Tapjoy will still be receiving their monies for them. Today it’s been lagging since this morning and has not been fixed and it’s now 8.18 pm.....Also don’t use a twitter account, mine was taken away and I still don’t have a clue why as I have had no response from them.

slow!!!
The layout and configuration of everything was pretty simple and I really love the simplicity, but it was so slow!! It took some time to go from one screen to the next and sometimes when I went and changed the language, it wouldn’t change. :/
THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE
i spent WEEKS voting for skz on this slow, broken app. if we had known how horrible it would be, combined with the TERRIBLE quality of the (official) live-stream of the actual award show when they did win, i doubt that any fan of any group would’ve bothered to vote for their faves. this app was slow as all hell, glitchy, laggy, and overall poorly made and poorly maintained. and at the actual award shows, idols, managers, and interpreters were not allowed to get food unless they begged repeatedly, and even then they may not have gotten the chance to eat the food they got. moreover, during rehearsals, several idols tripped at an unsafe spot, and one idol (minho of skz) injured himself and had to risk missing the entire ceremony to rest, though he insisted on at least sitting in a chair on stage during their performances. AAA? flop. Starpoll? nightmare.
